We have been working with Apogee for 8 years and have a good relationship with them. Kate our account manager is very helpful and will always do her best to assist with any issues that may arise. I would recommend Apogee as a printing supplier. We are also exploring other manged business solutions with them.

Excellent service
Shout out to Mike Hissey, printer engineer who assisted us in Swindon today. We had experienced some long standing issues with a very delayed printer replacement. Mike was very helpful and a breath of fresh air to work with. He actually ended up fixing 3 printers for us, and even came back to the site at short notice, after leaving for the day, to assist us further.

Excellent service!
Alfie helped me over the course of several days to get my laptop connected to my work printer. This was a complex case as the same set of instructions worked for a desktop of the same computer type but not the laptop. Alfie's expertise and persistence saw that the job got done. More importantly, Alfie's excellent customer service skills and personable approach made an inconvenient IT problem an enjoyable experience.

The engineer was helpful and efficient, we had a major problem with our printer and staff were getting very stressed but he remained focused and calm and got the job done. He even cleaned up after himself

Good Service and Pricing
Since Apogee took over our printer requirements it has run relatively well apart from the odd hiccup. However, we are grateful that we have Andy as our account manager as no matter what our problem may be he will resolve it.
The prices have always been fair and the level of service has always met expectations.
I would recommend Apogee and Andy Hinchliff to other businesses

Printers out of toner
2 of our printers were out of black toner, due to ARMA not running correctly on them. I emailed internationalservice at apogee.com and asked if they could rush a couple out. Rob from that team replied first thing:
- ARMA was alerted that they needed to get reporting running.
- Both toners were sent. Rob even gave me the USPS tracking numbers.
As always, I had a great experience.
