Apogee employ good staff!
Apogee have provided an excellent service from my perspective. Our onsite mail/print services are run efficiently and as always with outstanding customer service by Peter and Marie. Everyone in our department knows Peter and Marie and they are always happy to work on a solution that suits the staff and students in the libraries. Engineers also attend very quickly to fix machines and also take the time to explain the issue so we can help prevent it happening again. Very happy with the service and machines we have been provided with so far.

A great company to work with
A great company to work with. Support engineer Robert Burchfield resolves calls within SLA, has an excellent rapport with users and resolves hardware issues very quickly without impacting on users printing availability when parts are required. His expert knowledge of the printing estate is invaluable in managing the estate. The account manager, Angelique Claro is always on hand to deal with any issues which are always resolved without fuss quickly and efficiently ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Great customer relations with Andy Hinchcliffe our account manager. Always looks after us during renewals and if we have any issues.
Support services are very good and always on hand with local technicians if a call out is required.
