I have used A4U at 2 companies to date, one with very high volumes of call answering. I have also just set up the service for a new business to our group.
The set up is very easy and the customer service and support is very professional, an excellent and speedy response in every way. You frankly couldn’t fault it in any way.
I chose the service again as I know it works extremely well. Again, couldn’t fault it.
We are a direct sales company and a 24/7 response is paramount. So is the person answering the phone on our behalf. It’s seemless with an immediate email for follow up.
1st class service, 1st class company!!!

We have used this service for 9 years and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Excellent service all round. It is only our circumstances that have led us to cancel our long standing engagement with them.

Huge thank you to Dallas and the team. We've worked with Answer 4U for a number of years as our out of hours and surge cover provider.
Recently Dallas has ensured our business has run as smoothly as possible by taking our full outbound lines for a number of days whilst we set everyone up to work from home. This ensured minimal disruption to our phone service and helped our SLAs.
The SLA's and service is something we are proud to be associated with.

A disastrous first impression
A disastrous first impression - Having listened to a call recording we were disappointed with the way our call was handled namely:
• The agent could not say our company name (this has been an on going problem and I had been assured that this was resolved)
• The agent has not taken down the potential clients name correctly (we got 'Terry' instead of 'Tony' – this is unacceptable error for a paid answering service)
• The message was incomplete based on the information the caller gave during the call.
As a result of this we sent an email to this potential client saying ‘Dear Terry’ and not ‘Dear Tony’ and the onwards confusion has been embarrassing and made us look unprofessional. A poor first impression and we all know you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I will be looking at alternative answering services.

We used this service as a trial to ascertain the levels of potential business outside of normal opening hours.
The set up was quick and painless, and having listened to some of the calls, they're advisers delivered an impeccable response to our needs.
