Animal Search UK were Simply Amazing when my cat went missing for three weeks. Their prompt assistance sending me the Missing posters was outstanding & led to the happy return of my emaciated cat. Without them I very much doubt it would have had a happy ending. Highly fully recommend their services. Brilliant organisation!

Does what it says on the tin. Smooth system with very friendly staff, and it’s exciting to get coverage about your lost pet our far and wide. I recommend them!

When you feel distraught and powerless when your pet goes missing, it is so reassuring to know that people do care. I found Animal Search this week when our beloved young cat went missing - the ability to take action is what enables you to keep going and Animal Search was part of the ‘Take Action’ jigsaw for us. The elation when he returned 24 hours later was immense as all pet owners will understand. That’s where Animal Search is so great - the phone call from Don to see how we were was so welcome. Fortunately our cat had returned at this point but Don chatted to me and gave me some extremely helpful tips about cat behaviour, esp for our breed. He also told me about his own personal experiences which built trust. A wonderful experience with Animal Search - keep up the great work!

What a truly excellent service, Our cat went missing on Sunday afternoon having never stayed out overnight before. I registered her lost and lovely Alisha called me the next morning. She was kind, compassionate and really understood how I was feeling (devastated). She talked me through some practical advice and sent me an email to follow up, as it was obvious I wouldn't remember it all. We followed her advice about putting out a scented blanket etc and just 4 hours later our cat came home, having been missing for 48 hours. I couldn't rate Alisha and the service more highly, I have signed up as a pet watcher and donated so that I can help them to help others like they helped me.

I registered my cat as missing and received a call from a very kind gentleman who was extremely helpful and reassuring, offering advice and helpful hints I hadn’t found anywhere else whilst frantically Googling how to find a missing cat.
Absolutely brilliant.
Coincidentally my cat turned up minutes after the end of the phone call.

What a fabulous resource. Great advice on all aspects of getting your pet safely home.
We put out a box at night with a blanket and scarf in so home smells were evident, and bingo, one very thin cat came home after 11 nights!

Our much loved cat Bertie went missing on Tuesday evening. I found Animal Search by chance and registered him. I received a call the following day and was given invaluable advice on how to help find him. A few days later I received another call to check up on progress. Rob who called me was very understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable. We did receive calls from neighbours who thought they may have seen him as a result of the advice Rob gave.
Bertie returned this morning, a bit thinner with a few scratches, very tired but otherwise okay.

I reported my cat lost on Sunday evening, followed their advice to the letter with my search and found her only a few houses away on Tue night! Make sure your neighbours check PROPERLY or insist to check yourself and go for a walk calling them when it's dark and quiet, they feel a lot safer at night and you're more likely to hear them meow if stuck somewhere. Stay positive and don't give up!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. They were a complete godsend when our cat Leo disappeared on a Friday just before the heatwave in July. It was totally out of character and we were beside ourselves with worry. I spoke to Saqqara on the phone on Monday morning and she listened to me and was so caring and compassionate. She gave me lots of facts and advice which calmed me down. I had filled in the details on line for Leo, and Saqqara added photographs for me. Later the next day, I started to arrange a search and media campaign with Alisha. She was also brilliant and she got back to me promptly when we exchanged emails. If you have pet insurance, you may be able to claim back the money for the media campaign. It was wonderful to know there were people who could help me and mount a search for my beloved cat. Thankfully, Leo returned home on his own on Tuesday evening, like nothing had happened! I alerted animal search, and I truly believe they were as happy as me that he was home. They really care about animals and their owners. I made a donation to keep up the free services they offer such as posting on social media and checking with RSPCA records. I have also signed up to emails so if there is an animal missing in the area, I can keep my eyes peeled. I have already told my friends and family about their services, please do get in touch with them, they are a wonderful support. I had really positive and supportive customer service , they are an honest and caring organisation.

Tried to register my missing cat. Completed the online form (correctly!) 5 times. It doesn’t seem to accept that my cat is completely black, with no distinguishing pattern or markings, or her date of birth.
Bizarre and frustrating experience!

I recently reported my pet cat as missing and found this website via Google.
The process of registering and creating a profile for my cat was detailed but very straightforward, and was sent all sorts of helpful advice via email once my report was created.
I received a call from one of their volunteers this morning that I unfortunately missed, but he left a voicemail with lots of helpful information and said I could call back any time.
Thankfully my mischievous moggy turned up in the small hours safe and sound, but knowing if he goes wandering again that this charity exists is a huge help and I'm very grateful for all the help they could give!

Our puppy went missing in a park. We thought he had got lost. Tom came out and searched the parks with infrared equipment and then did door to door enquiries after which Tom pinpointed the family that was most likely to have been involved with his theft.
5 months later we got our boy home from the family that Tom and animal search had identified. Tom was ahead of the game in terms of publicising the theft if we had listened to him we may have got our boy home sooner. Thank you guys for all you did. Xx

My dog went missing, the charity emailed me back very quickly to inform me that they had assigned a worker to my case and how they could offer her advice and guidance on getting her back. Fortunately my dog was found very soon after the case was opened and they were able to close it. They were very helpul.

My cat went missing and I reached out to animal research uk for advice and support. I can’t thank them enough. Don and Alisha especially were very informative, calming and supportive throughout. Thankfully George came back and all is well. Highly recommend.

Don and Sophia were extremely kind and helpful in helping me find my cat! who is now safe and sound at home. The team were happy to answer any query’s and questions i had and were patient in their responses.
I would recommend this to anyone who needs to find there pet. The team respond extremely quick and it was a very simple and straight forward process. Cannot speak more highly.
