Erin deserves a payrise haha
Erin who served us today was amazing. So bubbly and chatty. The store was clean and tidy even though its a small store. Its well stocked and reasonably priced.

Five stars for service
Polite and helpful salesperson (James) in the Newquay store.
Answered all of my questions and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for.
James also showed me some items, in the store, that i hadn't looked for but suited me perfectly.
I went into the Animal shop looking for a pair of flip-flops and left with 2x t-shirts and a pair of shorts which were all in the sale and were priced very reasonably.

They cancelled my order when I asked for my delivery fee back
I placed an order and paid a premium for next day delivery, never got any further info through. When I messaged they never actually answer any questions. I called and as soon as I got through to someone they hung up on me, this happened twice. When I finally got through we talked and they said it hadn't even been shipped yet, so I asked for my delivery fee back as I wasn't getting next day like I paid for, and she just cancelled my order. I confirmed twice before that I do not want to cancel and just want the delivery fee back. This is an absolute scam and I will never use or recommend this to anyone ever again.

I really like animal as a brand
I really like animal as a brand. Unfortunately they use evri who just can't be trusted to deliver and have zero customer service or complaints process just for you off. So far I'm our of pocket on my order and delivery fee. Have to do with out the items I needed this weekend. Just all in all a real poor experience with neither the seller or the courier taking accountability. I can't even get the delivery switch to a drop off shop. Feels like theft.

I purchased some vegan walking boots in…
I purchased some vegan walking boots in October, and unfortunately they started leaking. Contacted customer support for advice, and was sent a new pair straight away with next day delivery! Completely unexpected, and great to have such a fast resolution with not a lot of back and forth. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a hoodie from padstow store but it wasn't ordered correctly. The item didn't arrive so I contacted mountain warehouse they said nothing had been ordered. Very frustrating.
