The first wing mirror cover never came but the seller kept in contact when trying to resolve the problem.He sent another which arrived in a few days and was perfect. Any email I sent I got a reply straight away and he was really apologetic for the non arrival of the first cover .

I needed a colour coded door mirror cap for a Ford Fiesta. Andy’s auto parts were the only business that I could find that had them in stock. Part was delivered and fitted well. 10/10 from me!

Very long delivery time for a supposed stock item. Got the item eventually though it took almost three Times the stated delivery time. Apparently there’s one missing in the post somewhere. The item is good. I’d probably use them again as cost was superb. Just don’t expect it to turn up on time.

I ordered a Mazda 2 wing mirror replacement casing from andys auto parts. Very pleased with the part and service/communication was excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

mirrow finally arrived seems first one got lost

This company is a scam. I ordered a tow eye cover for a vauxhall astra on the 28th July and received an email confirming my order. It is now the 12th of September and I have not received my order, or a refund as promised. When I email, I get a timely response with multiple different excuses; an issue with delivery, and blaming the delivery service whilst being assured I would get a new one sent out- all of which have never happened. Do not use this service!!

Ordered a Fiat 500 wing mirror cover on 14.8.23, chased up with Andy 21.8.23 who gave a timely response saying he would need to chase up with the delivery company. No further communication until I chased up on 28.8.23, again had a timely response from Andy who explained he had arranged a replacement to be sent out to me. Wing mirror cover arrived 1.9.23 and up to now has been okay.

Great communication & quick postage.

The part fitted perfectly & paint job on the wing mirror was first class.

I would not give this company a star. My husband ordered a wing mirror cover on 13th July.. nothing arrived so hubby emailed. Response was.. oh its with the courier I will chase it up. We were told this three times. Still nothing. My husband has messaged again so waiting for a responce.. where is the item that we have paid for? 13th of July and still no item? Absolutely shoddy mate either send our item or refund our money. How many others are you taking money from!!!

Ordered a mirror cover and right from the start it was problematic. The delivery was really slow (a familiar theme from other reviews). Communication also pretty poor, but the main issue I’ve had since is the quality. Initially the mirror cover looked fine but then the paint rapidly deteriorated, shrinking and cracking all over (wish I could post a photo). I emailed Mr Young in early August and his initial response was “so order from December last year?”. That was three weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since despite a follow up email. Very disappointing.
Just to add having seen Mr Young's response - I have never been remotely rude to Mr Young in any of my email contacts with him and the mirror has not been damaged

Amazing service and communication, order two items which didn’t turn up contacted Andy’s auto parts and with no questions asked sent me the items again which I received and there perfect, would definitely highly recommend

Item was shipped in a timely manner after I queried about tracking, communication great through this process.

Following the item ordered (Scirocco wingmirror) not arriving within a week of the shipped date, I queried what was happening and was responded to very quickly, expressing apologies for the delay.

A second was immediately shipped with express delivery free of charge, which arrived 2 days later. Item is as described and quite frankly perfect.

The only issue here was something out of the business owners hands, and when prompted, absorbed the cost of sending another product out with chargeable postage. That’s customer service.

I recently purchased a genuine Golf Mirror cover from ANDYS-AUTOPARTS, and I must say the product itself is top-notch and exactly what I wanted. However, I experienced some inconvenience due to the extended delivery time. It took much longer than expected, and I had to follow up with them multiple times to get updates. Despite the delay and the need for chasing up the order, I am ultimately satisfied with my purchase because the product's quality is excellent. In the future, I hope ANDYS-AUTOPARTS can improve their delivery process to match the standard of their remarkable products.

I have orderd a pair of mirror cover for my Mazda. I did not receive any update,so I have emailed them and they responded quickly. It turned out there was something issue with the delivery company, so they sent me a new pair what arrived in two days. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
