Ordered a wing mirror cover which never arrived. Every time I emailed to chase it, I got an excuse it was either lost in the post, or family issues, as to why it hadn’t been sent and was promised it would be dispatched that week. Seems others have had similar excuses given. After 4 weeks of chasing and no sign of it I requested a refund. Positives are he does reply quickly to emails and I did receive the refund once requested, but never received the product I actually needed and wasted time having to chase it. So use this company with caution, looking at other reviews, many have had similar experiences.

Ordered a part for my Ford Fiesta from Andy’s Autoparts as a painted finished item matching the car was difficult to source. Very competitive price and the exact colour I was after. Excellent quality and excellent painted match to the rest of the car. Seamless transaction, easy to use website and first class customer service and feedback on postal enquiries , 5 stars all the way👍

Had an issue with an item being lost in the post, contacted the company who said they would sort the problem out, a few days later my item arrived. Very professional and excellent communication 👏

I’ve given this 5* because I know how destructive negative ratings can be to a company. The order was placed and I was assured a two day delivery. Not so, nearly 2 weeks. Communication was good to start with then silence like some others have experienced. Having worked in sales for over 30 years all I can say is that better communication is needed Andy. Give people tracking details and be more open with what’s happening with their order. That said, the parts arrived by DPD and they are great. Thank you and I hope you continue to grow as a business.

They were very happy to resolve a minor problem

I am editing this review after receiving my item. I ordered a wing mirror cap 2 weeks ago. The website clearly states that items will delivered within 2-3 working days. I did receive an order confirmation which stated I would receive a follow up email letting me know my order was shipped. That was not the case. So I chased Andy via email. He replied to say he was busy and that my item has in fact now been shipped. I never received that “official” shipping email which I presume would include details of with who and how this was being delivered. After another 3/4 business days I chased again to which I had the response “I will need to check with the delivery company”. I asked which company he used and he told me he used Royal Mail. After emailing him to let him know I wrote this review he agreed to send me another part via DHL. This was shipped efficiently and I did receive an email letting me know it was on the way. The item came and it is exactly what I ordered and in very good condition. This is a difficult one for me to work out as I am not convinced that the original item was ever sent as I still have not received this nor had any update on it/ the original shipping confirmation. So although my concerns are still very much still there, I have now reviewed this company 3 stars as the replacement goods have arrived in good condition. I just don’t think it should take the amount of chasing and threatening of legal action/ bad reviews on here to receive my item.

I ordered a wing mirror cover 2/02/24. Then received nothing for over a week. After I had sent 3 emails enquiring I still heard nothing back. This made me think I had been done out of my money. This led me to calling the bank to try and recover my money and then leaving a bad review on this site. Later that day I finally received return emails saying that they had a family emergency and they would chase the delivery (chasing delivery seems to be a reccuring theme through other reviews on here). Finally the problem seems to have been sorted as they have sent 'another one' out. The problem is I have already bought another wing mirror cover as I thought there was no chance of getting this one. All in all a quite stressful experience as I have never ordered something from a company before and then just get radio silence for well over a week. It's a sad state of affairs when in this day in age you have to leave a bad review to get responses (I have never in my lifetime reviewed something bad before). Stressful and bad experience

Part was lost in post , so another one was sourced. Arrived late , but I think they tried to get another one as quick as possible.

The only thing I would like to see is a tracked mail option to avoid package loss. Other than that, 5 stars! Great communication, great prices, and the parts arrived perfectly packaged!

Ordered online, part didn't arrive. Made contact to follow up and turns out item had been lost in the post. No quibbles, they dispatched another immedietely via DPD.
