The most fabulous experience from start to finish. I would say the nicest my hair and makeup has ever looked! I think Hannah was my hair and makeup artist and she was amazing! Alyssa my photographer was absolutely fabulous, it was a wonderful experience. And I absolutely love my photos! They have given me the perfect confidence boost when I really needed it most! I have honestly never felt so confident when walking away from a business ever this is my third experience but first with this company.
From the first contact to the end sale the communication has been 100% if not more what you wish for.
So walking into the studio I was fresh faced and as nervous as can be the welcome was amazing and instantly felt at ease. The process just got better from the little details around the studio too the interactions with staff all of them polite and encouraging. I left the studio so excited to return and that experience was also amazing view my pictures along side by husband choosing them and walking away with my prints in hand. When I’m ready to take another step and want to have more done I shall be returning because the 3 hour drive was worth every second.

The experience was outstanding. The customer service team went above and beyond. They’ve been very supportive, kind and helpful! I am forever grateful for them! I loved my make up and my photos are more than amazing! I was completely impressed with their professionalism! I really appreciated how they used check-ins to keep me up to date on every detail. They are the best! They made me to se myself gorgeous and beautiful! I love myself even more since the photo shooting! Million times thank you!

Truly life changing.. everyone working there is so genuine and caring, I was an anxious mess when I first arrived (agoraphobia sufferer with zero self confidence or self esteem) the ladies there are transforming the inside as well as the outside! I have been out of my house everyday since and have so much self worth it’s unbelievable!

I was greeted by a very lovely lady at reception who offered me a drink right away. My make up was done by Sandrine who was an absolute pleasure to speak to and make me feel comfortable, as well as making me look absolutely gorgeous, giving me the best tips for how she felt my make up should look as I didn't want it too overpowering. My photographer Tallulah was just as amazing, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the shoot and when I went back a week later my photos were gorgeous. My whole look came together beautifully thanks to my make up artist and the talent of my photographer. Ive never felt so confident and sexy before. My whole journey there was kept well communicated and the whole experience was amazing. I would recommend this to any lady needing a boost to see why they're so beautiful!

I recently had my 50shades boudoir experience with Andrew wood photography and honestly it was amazing! Couldn't fault anything the service from each individual person start to finish has been amazing!

I have walked away feeling so good about myself and that’s the main thing. My pictures are stunning and I love every single one, it’s a shame I couldn’t purchase all of them! The girls at Andrew Wood Photography were incredible! From the first initial phone call all the way to my viewing they were amazing! I felt so comfortable in the shoot but also in hair and makeup! Biggest confidence boost I’ve ever had!

I feel so stupid. They made it seem like I was being chosen for something special, but it turned out to be completely misleading. It left me feeling tricked and disappointed. I got a call from a very friendly woman who created a sense of urgency and made it hard to say no, putting me on the spot to pay a deposit right then and there. Looking back, I realise I was manipulated into it before I had a chance to think it through and if I'd really won something then I wouldn't have to pay. At the time, it felt like a special opportunity but when I had the chance to look into it, I discovered that hundreds of other women had also 'won' the exact same thing. It became clear that this wasn’t a genuine prize, but more of a marketing strategy. She used a lot of body positivity language, making it seem like this was an empowering opportunity. It now feels like they were using these empowering messages as a tactic rather than being genuine.
I'm embarrassed at how excited I was, the lady on the other end of the phone must've been laughing at me.
They don't make it clear on the phone that all you get is the experience and if you want your photos you have to pay hundreds of pounds.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend

I won a makeover and photoshoot experience, but was required to pay a deposit beforehand. On the dayof viewing I chose one free photo and after them keep asking what package I would like to buy and me saying I couldn't really afford it at the moment as I'd just had my fathers funeral bill of nearly £2,500 I told them maybe the digital but was undecided, I felt like I couldn't say no and was told by a staff member that I could take some time to decide if I wanted to purchase one of the more expensive photo packages and they would ring me in 2 weeks and if I decided not to I would get my deposit back

In the 19th may I received a call and explained that due to the unexpected cost of my father’s funeral, I couldn’t afford any additional packages. I was then told that I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back, as it had been “put on hold” – something that was never made clear to me during the appointment. I was led to believe I had time to consider my options, not that my deposit was being used in the meantime, I made it clear to the woman on the phone that no one mentioned that to me and she said she wasn't allowed to say yes or no and she would get her manger to ring me back I'm still waiting for that call.

I’m extremely disappointed. It feels like my money was taken unfairly, and there was a real lack of transparency. Given my circumstances, I would have expected more compassion and honesty. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

I won the 50 shades photoshoot, and I couldn't recommend the studio more. From reception, to hair and makeup, to the shoot with abigail I was transformed. I felt confident and beautiful, and the whole process was VIP from the get go. I took home 3 A4 photos and I was impressed with the high quality finish. Definitely changed my outlook on my body - thank you andrew wood photography!

I really enjoyed my experience there, the staff were freindly and my makeup and hair looked stunning for the shoot. I was nervous at first but my photographer Hanna made things easier, she was nice and we had a laugh in the middle of poses. It's definitely something I recommend every women try at least once, it's definitely an empowering and pampering experience.

I had a great experience with Andrew Wood photography. I won a boudoir shoot through a Facebook competition, and I was contacted to get this booked in. It was something I wanted to do anyway so this gave me the push I needed. I don't think I would have booked if I wasn't contacted.

I had a few calls before my shoot to go through what I wanted and they gave me ideas of props to bring to make it more personalised.

On the day of the shoot I was nervous but I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. My make-up was flawless and i pretty much gave the make up artist free rein on the make-up because I'm not really someone who wears make-up and I wanted something different.

What I liked was that the shoot was private with just me and the photographer. It made it much less awkward than I thought it would be. The photographer was very experienced and creative.

Because it was difficult for me to fit in a time to return for the viewing I was offered to have my photos fast-tracked for the following day which was amazing as I was already staying overnight in Manchester.

I was flawed by the photos, they were all so beautiful and I never thought I could look the way I did. I've never thought of myself as sexy and that's exactly how I felt when I viewed the photos. I ended up purchasing 10 digital photos but I was also given a voucher for 2 free photos, and had the one print I had won, also I was able to swap my deposit for a second print.
The only downside is that I only have 1 photo I can show people as the others are NSFW. But at least my partner and I can enjoy them!

my photoshoot experience made me feel incredible! like a princess and a model all in one, it was the most empowering thing i've done and i would definitely do it again! definitely recommend for anyone looking to boost their confidence because i'm on cloud 9 still a week after!!
