Disgraceful company refusing to honour warranty claims that they are responsible for.
The product seems ok
The product seems ok, but when I try to register my purchase with them, the web address provided on the card enclosed with the product, doesn’t work.
When I tried their ‘contact us’ procedure, I apparently have to agree to newsletters etc; I don’t think that’s right.

I bought a Scotts EverGreen Handy Spreader from this company. The price was the lowest on the internet by far and the item was delivered the following day. The email communication was also very good. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again.

Bought some nappy bags from them via Amazon. Never again.
Sent the wrong ones then asked me to return them. Sent me 5 return codes all of which were in invalid. Eventually reported them to Amazon for the refund.

Amos, a miss it should be called
The reason for my low rating is, I placed a basic order and paid for it to come in 1 day, delievery in 24 hrs. This was on the 22nd still up until now which we are coming up to 25th this is standard delievery. I'm so peed off with these companies taking your money for these services then not delivering. So this company put on my confirmation that the courier would be yodel. Only to find out that hermes would be delivering to me which are the worst courier company around. If you want you business to get good customer feed back and repeat custom then you would use a different courier.
You pay for cheap you get cheap. I won't be using this company again because there policies for 1 day delievry are complete rubbish. Not a very good first impression at all.
And you may want to answer your customers when they send emails to find out where there products are I've sent two and still till now ive not heard anything.
Poor, poor, poor never again.
How the hell is this company still in…
How the hell is this company still in business? My first order from them via Amazon UK was cancelled either by this sh1ty company or Amazon after it was 5 days late.
Now the second order which was supposed to turn up yesterday or today has now magically changed to the 16th so again useless delivery time.
Whoever owns this company I would strongly suggest close the company down and go and get a menial job that seems like it may be more suited to your style.
I just wish that I could give less than one star because I would give -10.

I recently partly wrote a poor review based…
I recently partly wrote a review based on the fact I had not believed my parcel had been delivered. I blamed their courier. I have since been able to check my ‘Ring’ phones video and have found the parcel in a little garden shed.
I offer my sincere apologies to Amos UK and thank them that the parcel they sent provided good packing and an early delivery date. I will certainly deal with them again.
It would have been helpful and stress- relieving if the Courier had popped a note through the door saying where the parcel had been left, however it was secure, and I thank them. RS

The customer service at Amos is brilliant. Fantastic next day delivery service. Bought an oil filled Radiator. First day, so its working fine. I've never had better customer service anywhere else.

This is for Amos UK on Amazon,I ordered a pack of man size tissues on Friday the 23rd paid £9.99 extra for next day delivery,obviously too much trouble for this firm to actually do that,obviously couldn’t be bothered to dispatch the things on time,24th came and went no delivery from these cheats,emailed them couldn’t be bothered to answer,do not use this company they are useless lying cheats who will take your money and not deliver a bunch of con merchants
Good first experience
Bought an EEZY-DRY clothes dryer. The product itself is great but my mother broke a zip when setting it up. Sent them a message asking for a replacement and the person I spoke to (Jade) was very quick to reply and friendly.
