Why does anyone use Evri
To be honest- I suspect this is not down to Amos. I ordered lump wood charcoal via Amazon supplied by Amos. They use Evri (why does anybody do that). As usual I had messages from Evri that they had the item and that it was going to be delivered on time (2/4/26). They then told me it was out for delivery. Towards end of 2nd I got a message saying that the item was delayed and wouldn’t be delivered until 7th (5 days later). This just isn’t good enough and it is by no means the first time this has happened with Evri
I bought a amos ezzy hot water bottle, don't buy them they only last 5months of the year, then stop working. I have bought 2 and the same thing has happened to both of them.
I got in touch with amos and they couldn't replace the product, I am very disappointed with the product Ibought.

After reading all the reviews I was a bit troubled as I did not receive my adapter the next day as promised. But three phone calls later I’m happy to say it’s been delivered and I’m happy with my adapter which you cannot find somewhere else as it has the 2 adapters for China unlike just the one that is also suitable for Australia.
Loop hole experts
You buy the product from them as a third party seller via Amazon. There is no proof of delivery so as far as they are concerned your package has been delivered. Even when you have not received it. When you contact them they tell you it’s not they’re responsibility and to contact Amazon. Amazon then ask you to contact the police as item has been stolen and get a crime number. The police say without proof of delivery you cannot get a crime reference number as you do not own or have the item. Amos obviously know the loop holes and take full advantage of the process.
AMOS wood is fine but failure to deliver is not
AMOS advertises kiln dried wood for wood burning stoves on Amazon. I have placed 7 orders with them and I have to say the wood is good and the price represents good value. However, each time they have failed to deliver the quantity ordered (and paid for) - for example, 2 bags delivered, rather than 4. That said, in each case when I chase they have delivered the missing bags, until this month, when they asked for a photo of the missing items. If you can figure out how to photograph missing items, let me know! To be fair they refunded me.
Now here are my two concerns: things go wrong, I accept, but every time? It begins to look like it's deliberate, whereby they under deliver and wait to see if the customer challenges them. But, to my mind worse, Amazon will not allow me to mention this issue in my review. I tried to be fair and said the wood is fine, price is keen but if I mention persistent failure to complete the order, Amazon says this is prohibited. Why? It's entirely relevant and prospective customers should know of this issue, but Amazon says no.

I ordered a 3 tier heated clothes airer Vis Amazon.
On arrival, the box was a little battered.
Assembly was quite straightforward but the end result was unsteady and unfit for purpose.
I requested a refund and return via Amazon, and that's when this fiasco started.
After umpteen messages via Amazon and several emails from Evri to collect it, it is still here!
Yes, I have been refunded but my god I'm sick n tired of it all.
As I write this, at 6.45pm and having received an email from Evri stating the item would be collected 4-6pm, the courier hasn't been.

Eezy-Dry 1300 just delivered on 26 Nov, and followed the instructions to assmbly it , the pipes were very fragile that depressed in concave, the poor quality of product, will never purchase again. ( record it with photo )

Chased up with seller asking if there was a problem with the delivery point and the following day received a message stating that a refund was bring processed but no explanation for the failed delivery.
I asked if I could re-order for home delivery but my message was ignored.
Obviously don't want my business.
Avoid AMOS
I bought my AMOS Eezy-Dry Electric Clothes Dryer on Amazon 9 months ago. The actual dryer unit stopped working, so I messaged AMOS via Amazon and contacted the email address on their website, but there was no reply. I decided to purchase the replacement on their website, and it arrived in a crisp box with no cover on it and was covered in dirt.
Do not use this company
My order was received and found to be not fit for purpose. Contacting the company is nearly impossible. Their phone number always has the same message that the person is unavailable and mailbox full. They do not respond to emails. Their contact form, listed at the bottom of their website, does not work. I only managed to get a response by finding a link to a different contact form. Returned the item as instructed and heard nothing. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and only got my money back today by raising a complaint through PayPal. Don’t understand how this company is allowed to trade!

I bought the Amos drier for the company in November 3 months later it stopped working
Tried to phone the company always said mail box full managed to get through by email they asked me to send the drier back to them which I did.

Wrong product arrives. No customer service or response.
They have a photograph of a laptop stand with four extension legs, and what arrives is one with three extension legs. Won't reply to emails, phone number leads to nothing. Absolute waste of time. Dangerous because there is no culpability or responsibility at all.

Not so with me I bought a halogen heater from Amazon and it arrived promptly I bought it in April in readiness for this cold winter and early because I presumed prices escalating and low stock
I assembled it but it wouldn’t stay on except for at an angle with pressure on top The black switch on the bottom would stay in The second time I tried having it only work if on a cardboard base no carpet pile allowed it to work then I smelt electrical burning I rang Amos a guy called Callum told me he was going to replace it and to bin the faulty one After 3 days as promised brand new heater Just going to set it up now I can give 5 stars because that’s what Amos deserves for good customer service

Radiator with a dangerous fault
Supplied a radiator with a dangerous manufacturing fault. The radiator's control unit was not properly fit to the radiator itself, and had a wide crack between the two halves of the plastic casing, meaning the electrical components were exposed. The on-off knob had also fallen off. It would be dangerous to try to operate this. It was a terrible product with no regard for manufacturing standards. Their courier, Evri, has also failed to collect the item as agreed, making return challenging and timewasting. Still no refund more than 2 weeks after complaint.
Avoid. Small claims court contacted.
Avoid. Caused damage to my house due to faulty heated clothes airer. At first they replied to my messages but as soon as I suggested I want the damages paid for, they just ignored me, very unprofessional and cowardly for a company.
Having to go through small claims court for my money back as no reply in well over a week.
Cowardly company that hides by not replying to emails. Shameful.

Placed an order through Amazon with this company. A big mistake, have been informed every day for the last 3 days, order out for delivery, then later in the day, informed order back with carrier, who are Hermes. I have cancelled the order now and asked for an immediate refund, watch this space!! You would think that Amazon would audit all reviews for this company and remove them as a supplier. They are a joke, very poor service. Had to score 1, unfortunately there's no minus buttons 😑
