Poor customer service after purchase.

Inadequate response to challenges with product damage.

Order and delivery through Warana store was great.
However, upon assembling Geovana bed, necessary screws were not included.
Asked for help online - went nowhere.
Called number and got put on hold to have a deafening screech split my ear.
Rang store we purchased from to be told via manager they are “out of stock” of those particular screws and will need to order and no ETA of delivery.
So there is a bed in pieces and a teenager sleeping on a sofa bed in the lounge.
First and last AMART purchase. Absolutely hopeless.

Delivery on time, team was professional, efficient and friendly

Be careful with whats shown online and in the pics. Had to pay extra for drawers and a shelf for a wardrobe that showed it as a full set on their website. I wouldn’t have purchased it however it was the only cupboard that would fit in the space required :(

One day I saw the chair online the next day. I saw the chair in the store. The next day. I’m sitting in the chair in my home.

The bed we bought was so good we went back a week later and bought a second one. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful including the delivery people.

A brief email or text message with a progress update would help manage expectations and provide reassurance while waiting for the furniture to arrive.
Other than that, we have no suggestions. I think the mark up in furniture price is quiet high compared to the sale price.
