Great service - great product - just wish there were more picture buttons

I had a few problems setting up the Flipper which the hand book was not particularly helpful in finding a resolution. However, I sent an email off to AlzProducts and Thomas was able to define a strategy to handle my Father's YouView box from TalkTalk. Using the hide function on the talktalk box and the learn mode of the Flipper, everything was sorted.

Great product and fast delivery. Extra touches, such as no invoice included in package, were considerate and helpful.

the clock is excellent and was delivered very promptly but I can't understand why they are so expensive! Searched but couldn't find a cheaper one and they really are a Godsend for those with memory problems.

Excellent service and this Tv remote is easy to programme and even easier to use. Turns tv and sky box on and off in unison. Can programme just the channels you watch regularly so you don't have to scroll through endless channels. Only the essential buttons which are Nice and big and brightly coloured. Price was competitive too. Would recommend unreservedly.

The ordering and delivery process was prompt and went smoothly. The pictures in the Pictures to Share book on Traveling are beautiful and great quality. However, I found the book a tad expensive at £17.50. My mum has looked at it and likes it so that's what matters.

A mix-up with ordering (paid twice by changing cards mid-order) was quickly sorted out by a personal email from the AlzProducts before the order was dispatched. Arrived one day early. All impressive.

The list of products was immense but it was easy to locate what I needed. Ordering was a breeze and delivery lived up to promises. I will definitely use the service again.

The clock was purchased for a friend who could no longer remember easily the day of the week - the date and time being easier. this wonderful clock has the day in large letters and also clearly shows the time and date. My friend feels so reassured just to be able to easily know what the day of the week is - then everything else falls into place. Thanks.

We decided to buy this for our daughter aged 24 who has complex intellectual disabilities and needs. We wanted something that a wide age range of people could play with her. Oh how she enjoys winning!! Some of her care team play with her, and her family enjoy having a turn
Granted it is a little on the expensive side but well worth the money.
I am sure my old mother well into her 80s would enjoy a game too!
A real family game regardless of difference

This clock is excellent for my mum who is 93 and very forgetful especially about what time of day it is. She finds it so helpful as a prompt eah time of the day. Thankyou

We are so impressed with this product we have ordered another so that we can have one in the lounge and the bedroom to help orientate my mum, throughout the day and night. I'm also very satisfied with their after sales support. Their response to a query I emailed them with was responded to promptly and effectively. Would definitely recommend this product. Nice design too!

Having order a considerable number of products including wall mounted boards, boxes and bags full of things to fiddle with our residents have benefited enormously form the additional stimulation and we are seeing some really good outcomes in terms of improvements to our Dememtia care services.

Day Clock received on time and in perfect condition. .Works perfectly and the illumination does not disturb sleep in the bedroom. It is very expensive even with vat reduction.

I have now ordered a second clock for another room. The clock is great quality and looks smart - seems overpriced for what it is, but its less than a pound a day for giving someone the reassurance of knowing the day, date and time its well worth it.
