The product provided failed in 3 days 3500L/H Fountain Pond Pump FPP-3500 . Went to returns web site to find that they had charged me to return a dangerous failed product.
The product tripped my electrics (RCD) and having spoken to an electrician found that the product was electricly faulty and obviously dangerous. The reply from Allpond so called experts ( its always about the Impeller) just a stupid responce having told them it was tripping RCD!
The quality of the Far Eastern probible manuafacture product left me worried that QC control was not a factor even though Mains Electric and Water provide the worst level of safety. Product used to add feature fountain product suspended 18" in 3 meters of water no weed or particles.
Passed my engineering knowledge as an aircraft avionics engineer to: Office for Product Safety and Standards & Trading Standards for the charge to refund and will be following up to identify response.
AllPond: please do not respond with your usual response as with most of the complaints you do nothing! and as for feefo my review above seemed to not get to your web site I wonder why?

Totally awful company.
Whilst I understand some things happen I don't understand why this company continues to fail on customer service and product quality. Substandard products and made to feel like I am the problem. Won't be using them ever again.

Great price for garden accessory with very fast delivery. Website was easy to use too.

Very poor company, Chinese products hence cheap quality, pump lasted 2 years only, can't replace as no stock going on 10 weeks now, ordered Oase products which I should have in the first place, buy quality buy once

After abit of a mix up with delivery all got sorted out and my filter delivered safe and sound,thanks again

I bought an hang on filter for the aquarium, I had some problems with the surface skimmer. I knew that you have to send back the damaged product first and then they send you the replacement. Having a reef aquarium supported only by this filter, it was difficult for me to send the filter and be without it for days because it would have caused a lot of damage to the internal system of the reef tank. I contacted the whats app number they provide on the website explaining the problem, I provided a video showing the actual defect of the product and without hesitation they gave me the opportunity to receive the replacement product without having to unplug mine to send it first. Excellent customer service, very helpful. I highly recommend it, not all stores listen to the needs of the customer, and some of them have well-established rules for damaged products. But they met my needs and gave me the opportunity to replace the product without having to unplug the filter first and advised me to be able to dispose of the defective one. 100% happy. When I need something related to the aquarium I will buy from them again. It is not easy to find such a reliable company.

I bought a Pressure Filter complete with pump, AquaEcho 4500.
After use I tried to buy a part for the pump, the part in my view is essential to regular maintenance.
The part is a retaining clip, to hold the pump top cover / strainer. I clean my pump regularly, but the clips became brittle and broke.
I made an enquiry after by-passing a AI robot, to a physical Customer Service Advisor.
The advisor was not helpful and ended up telling that I'd have to buy a new pump. I expected to buy a set of clips for approximately £5:00.
But no, take it or leave it, buy a new pump.
Surely a part that is operated on a regular maintenance basis, should be stocked.
Poor customer back up, avoid these people, I'll never use again.

On the occassions I have dealt with Allpondsolutions.co.uk i have found them to be helpful and always receive great advice and guidance

I ordered a replacement impeller and 4 times it failed to be delivered. Initially All Pond Solutions said that it was "lost in transit" and then it became a "dispatch error". The "person" who answered my emails clearly could not read. I asked for a refund so they emailed me asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I suspect it was not a person answering emails - just some useless AI bot. I could not find a phone number on their website so I asked them to ring me - of course they did not (I was not expecting them to!) I will believe the refund has occurred only when I see the money back in my account. Now I have a useless pond pump as I cannot find a replacement and All Pond Solutions are out of stock again on their own website and on Amazon. In summary - absolutely and utterly useless.
Following the above posting of this review, a senior member of the Customer Service Team contacted me extremely quickly. I did get my refund - very quickly, so thank you - and I think that Allpondsolutions are going to send out a replacement impeller; that is the email said, "The new stock for the parts are due to arrive today [18th September] so I was waiting for this to arrive before contacting you offering a new Impeller and shaft to be sent out. ​If you are happy for me to proceed with sending this out to you this week I can arrange this now?"
I replied please send out. It is now end of day 24th September and nothing has arrived. "Lost in transit"? "Dispatch error"? Stock did not arrive when they expected it? I do not know.
Update 25 September: email from AllPondSolutions: "We are still waiting on the stock to arrive with us. Since Brexit the parts can be delayed at Port when they arrive into the UK so we are very sorry for the delay.
​Please be assured that your order is still in the system and once the parts arrive at Our Warehouse this is being sent out to you straight away."

Ordered a filter booster online, on a Thursday at around 12:00, I paid the £6.00 for next working day delivery this would have been Friday as their cut off for next working day orders is 15:00.

I received notification to say it would arrive on Saturday, I contacted All pond solutions (APS) and was told to wait as it may still arrive on time, it was clear it wasn’t going to, I therefore had to go out and purchase a different item locally as I needed it on the Friday, I was unable to be in on the Saturday when delivery was attempted as I had plans hence why I needed it Friday so I can resolve that day, I was unable to reject the delivery due to no one being in the item was therefore left on the doorstep!

I contacted APS who advised that they would refund the delivery cost and I needed to click on the link to arrange return, I done this to then find out I wouldn’t be receiving a full refund as I would have to pay £3.99 to return an item which it’s their fault was unusable as they weren’t able to stick to their time frame advertised at time of ordering!

I have tried to challenge this with them today yet just getting the same message back time and time again from their robotic staff who clearly can’t understand that it’s their fault that the item needs to be returned as a they were unable to deliver within the time frame which was advertised at time of ordering which if they had stuck to this I wouldn’t have needed to return the item!

Disgusting service! This isn’t the last of this if might only be £3.99 but why should I be out of pocket for their unreliability!

Agree with some of the reviews about customer service.
I've been using APS products for ages. A few years ago you could actually speak to an advisor, now I can't even find an email address, and I bet if there is one it will take days to get a reply.
I've recently purchased a pond filter and pump kit which I need help with as at the moment I'm not impressed.
Customer service needs upgrading as their products are spot on and great value.

Was pestered to give a review on the pump I purchased and was promised 10% discount in return for a review. I followed the instructions that took me to a feefo website (coincidentally there are abysmal reviews for that company). Left a glowing review but never received my discount.
I have chased customer service who do nothing but ask question after question. Never reading my responses properly and would appear to have absolutely no intention of honouring their promise of a discount on future purchases.
Although I believe the company produce some good products, I don't want to deal with them as they CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Appalling customer services. If your filter has a fault and under warranty they will fob you off for months. Never ending promise date. Will be contacting citizens advice about this as they are not following through on their warranty. Would avoid this company 100%

I had a problem with my pump which was very quickly solved by an excellent customer service team. I thank you very much for your speedy action and help.

Terrible customer service. No phone number, and are very slow to respond through email. Even when they get back to your email they clearly don't actually read through them properly. They either only skim through the message or are just really ignorant because I've been waiting on an item since March and have been trying to get it resolved, but they just keep doing and saying to same things over and over and never actually respond to any of my questions or acknowledge anything I've said.

I have always found this company to be excellent in terms of quality products, customer service and advice. When my pond pump failed and I tried to place an order for a new one, THEY informed ME that it was still in warranty and immediately sent a replacement. My most recent order was packaged carefully and the new filter is perfect. Customer service personnel are unfailingly helpful and polite. Very satisfied customer.

I bought a pressurised pond filter last year, the ballast for the uv is now faulty, allpondsolutions have just fobbed me off saying the filter is now discontinued even though it is advertised as sold out on their website, and told me to seek parts elsewhere, so much for their guaranteed spares policy

Avoid at all cost.
I ordered an item 2 weeks ago with 48h delivery and did not get the item or recieve an update. I contacted all pond solutions and was told that there was an issue with the delivery and that it was now dispatched. I waited a week and contacted them again to be told that the order had been unexpectedly cancelled and "kindly"offered me my money back or for the item to be sent.
I have no idea how this business operates and why they expect customers to continuously chase their order.
I Will never use them again.

Shocking customer service. Sent wrong parts then given the run around to get items back for a refund. Avoid them at all costs. Decided to ditch this expensive unreliable pond filter system for a proper shop bought one which comes with access to a human. Internet companies like this need to be shut down. They are quick to take your money and slow to sort any issues out.
