Ordered the full 75000 ltr kit with pump and fittings etc, arrived Friday as we were going out, opened the box Saturday morning to start equipping the pond NO PUMP, NO HOSE, NO FITTINGS. Have you tried contacting this company it is a JOKE. So we are now at Sat morning and as it is a Bank Holiday weekend (Time to fit pump) I have nothing to do, the filter that cost me £849 is still in its box, I am so Cheesed off that they can have it back on Tuesday if they contact, total waste of a long weekend and you have no-one to contact or help, I wrote an email to the CEO see if that stirs anything, although I am not holding my breath, how can a company that blows its own trumpet so loudly be so INCOMPETENT.
UPDATE 27/08/2025
A member of the CSA team has been in contact, but is now stating there is nothing they can do too collect or refund at the moment until a full internal investigation has been made with the dispatch team, the saga goes on, all the while I have a large unit that they will not collect, and £849 short in the bank sitting in their account. I am about to contact PayPal to raise a dispute for full refund. Why should the customer be held responsible for a companies mistake, reading other customers reviews on TrustPilot I can see this is a company that revels in making the customer wait as long as they feel is needed.
UPDATE AND FINAL COMMENT 15/09/25
The unit was finally collected a week later, after Allpondsolutions finally admitted that someone in the dispatch unit had taken the pump and fittings, that is why it was not delivered, Not My Problem, its yours! Waited for a refund, did not come although they had their unit back in original box which had not be taken out. Days passed with excuses as to why I was not refunded, so I recontacted there CEO and copied him into my email to PayPal with evidence by way of full email disclosure. PayPal went into immediate action and copied myself on their communications, it is amazing how a bank can stir action from a tinpot firm of chancers who's one aim it appears is to make life as difficult for the customer as possible and withhold legitimate monies from returning to the customer.
IN CONCLUSION
By reading the amount of dissatisfied customers on this Trustpilot site there is a clear need for urgent re-organisation and customer focused direction from this company, and I say this as a director of two companies with 45 years of managerial experience, AllPondSolutions, you need to refocus while you still have something to refocus upon, the customer is your bread and butter, your mortgage, your future, if you do not gather support from your customers by way of giving an acceptable service and direct contact, then sadly your finished.
In the meantime, anyone thinking of a purchase from this company should heed the warning bells that many customers have rung.

Bought a filter and expected the two year warranty too cover the filter as a whole. Uv bulb blew after a month , absolute rubbish products, rubbish customer care.

I ordered 4 replacement filters on Monday, before 09.00 am, and paid for next day courier delivery. The order didn't arrive the next day and it subsequently transpired that they had despatched it as Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours, a service which states delivery within 2 to 3 days. I therefore couldn't carry out my pump and filter service on Tuesday, the day I had set aside. I queried this with APS and they refunded the delivery charge.
However when the package finally arrived late Thursday afternoon there was only half of it there. This company has gone down hill fast, not only was the delivery incorrectly despatched but is half missing. I'm now having to query the delivery yet again and still can't carry out the job I planned to do on Tuesday.
Will look elsewhere for my next pond purchases.

Well - I wish I’d read these one star reviews before we paid over £250 for a filter and pump from this company. Bought through Amazon, and it was a month or so before our gardener could come and help us install. Our water was completely clear before installation (using our old filtration system) and the allpond filter and pump were installed.correctly. Shortly after this we had to go away for a couple of weeks. The fish should have been safe. When we returned the water was green. You couldn’t see through it. Three quarters of our fish died including all our koi. We contacted all pond solutions. There is no phone number (you will soon find out why) so many emails have been sent. Over 2 weeks later we are no nearer a solution and each time we are having to provide video evidence. We are now at the stage where we are being told:
‘Please note that the checks we’re requesting are standard steps outlined in the user manual as part of the routine maintenance procedure. These checks are completely safe to carry out, and we kindly ask for evidence of their completion in order to begin the warranty process. As part of this process, we typically issue any necessary replacement parts first, as this often resolves the issue.
In many cases, replacing the UV bulb can solve the problem. We recommend replacing UV bulbs annually, but as with all perishable components—particularly light bulbs—they can fail earlier. To help determine if this is the case, we ask that you perform the safety override test.
To carry out this test, press and hold the safety switch using a screwdriver. If the bulb lights up while the switch is held down and turns off when it’s released, the unit is functioning correctly. When fully assembled, the casing of the unit presses on this switch to keep it engaged, meaning the bulb will remain illuminated during normal use. If we can see the bulb illuminate during this test, we can confirm the unit is working as intended.
Please note that UV bulbs are covered under a 6-week warranty. As this period has now passed, we’re unable to offer a free replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.’
So despite the fact that this unit was only used for way less than 6 weeks prior to failure (if it is the bulb) if we find it is faulty we have to replace it! So spend more money and then trust that the system won’t let us down again!
If it’s not the bulb I can guarantee there’ll be something else to enable them to wriggle out of a full replacement system and no doubt IF any replacement parts ( other than bulb) are deemed necessary we will be given second hand / reconditioned ones. We are appalled! Don’t buy from these sharks!

Communication is so slow. 6 days passed still can’t return faulty and used items they sent me. Sent one prepaid Royal Mail label for two huge boxes which doesn’t fit as Royal Mail as they are bigger than Royal Mail max measurements. And stoped replying.
Avoid if possible or will end with second hand filters and return problems .

AVOID POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. Bought from them through Amazon auto cleaning pressured koi fish pond filter with uv light. Lasted 3 weeks sent before broke again lasted another few months before broke again. They refused refund as out of 30 days return but has a 1 year warranty. Will not offer refund poor quality items avoid at all cost.

Purchased a pfc 5000 automatic pond filtration system with built in UV. After 7 weeks the uv failed. After many emails sent and many ai generated responses I am being told in the small print the bulb is not covered under warranty. They could just have said that at the beginning instead of wasting my time. Customer service is rubbish. Product is ok. However I would recommend another brand based on the way they deal with issues.

I have bought a CUP Small Ponds System to keep the water clean but it does not come with any usable instructions. The small leaflet simply doesn't tell you how to assemble it. I cannot find an online video that shows you. Do you put it in the water along with the cable? What is the spout thing on the top? Are you supposed to clip something on to it? What is the UV light and why does the system have one? It is all a complete mystery. Please, please, answer my email and revise your instruction leaflet.

Dreadful company to deal with.
Trying to get out of refunding faulty goods, asking for videos of the item not working offering to repair items with used parts.

I have used this companies products for a while and was always happy until I had to return an item.
They sent me a notification to say they had received my return and it would take upto for days for the refund to be processed.
The refund was not received so contacted them just to received automated replies. Eventually got my refund but it took much longer than it should have

Still no refund for my pressurised filter either. I originally requested a rerun on the 22nd June, it’s now the 12th July!
Their website says easy returns-That is a joke.
It takes days for them to reply to a return request. When they do they send a Royal Mil shipping label which says it will be deducted from my refund. This is clearly not suitable for a large item.
Again wait days for a reply after I informed them the label was no good, only to be told you will have to arrange your own courier to return the item.
Then another reply from someone else giving different instructions on how to return the item.
Now over 10 days since they received it and still no refund.
Their customer ‘service’ don’t seem to know what they are doing.
And ‘EASY RETURNS’! I’ve never had so much hassle returning an item even assuming I will get my refund at some point.
To make matters worse I purchased a different filter from them. If I’d know they treat customers like this I would have purchased elsewhere.

Brilliant if you buy from this company and fast delivery BUT. I returned a Pressurised filter and have had no reply since, numerous emails but only get a generated email saying they are extremely busy. 10 days after they received my return still nothing! Shameful!! Hope you read these reviews AllPondSolutions as I want my money back and will not buy anything else from you. Buyers Beware!
