Like all the others I should have checked the reviews before placing an order. seems like I'm just another Victim with the same generic emails with ETA's that change. still no item and almost 3 months wait, I payed for express shipping that they shouldn't even offer as they don't even stock the parts by the looks of it. I honestly needed this part 2 days after I ordered like the site suggested. Will be looking at dispute with bank as the refund system seems to also fails their customers.

I actually hate giving them 1 star. Ordered on Jan 20, 2022. Still have not received my order, I don't even have a dispatch date. Automated email saying 16/03/2022 as a dispatch date, this is after the initial dispatch date has changed twice. I have emailed, no response. I have called, left message, no return phone call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I placed an order for a mower part over 3 months ago, which was fully paid for and was meant to be available and expected to be delivered within a couple of weeks from placing the order - instead of receiving the part, I received a series of generic and very meaningless messages over a span of a couple of months, saying there was delays being experienced due to a range of reasons, Covid off-course being one reason... then after all that wait, the wrong part was shipped... trying to speak to someone or get answers about what had happened (called numerous times and sent many email messages) - again all I got was random useless email messages, signed by different names, then after expressing my frustration and demanding to speak to management of this supposedly awesome family owned Australian business, I get a message from yet another person, saying they are now dealing with the case and will endeavor to resolve my concerns. This was more than 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution
What has pushed me to write this review NOW, and this is the bizarre part, is the message I just received from the customer service manager "Justin" and I quote "Thank you for your recent purchase from All Mower Spares. We hope you'll take a couple of minutes to write a review for the purchased products and share your experience with other customers. We would appreciate it very much you helping our Australian Owned Family business."
Justin I replied to your message requesting that you call me - I really hope you do as I've been without a working mower for more than 3 months now and I don't know what you want me to do with the wrong part I received (probably for some other poor customer who has been waiting for their part to arrive).... absolutely terrible

This is the worst business I ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. They say items are in stock and 1-3 days to dispatch. When you ring them you get a call center somewhere on earth. They promise delivery dates and do not meet them. just GETTING YOU ITEM OUT OF THEIR WAREHOUSE IS A MIRACLE. Bodgey Bodgey Bodgey, don't waste your time and money. They send "updates" that are contradictory and mostly crap. If you query anything they send an e-mail which they think will shut you up for another day.

Over a month later, no product, no eta, no refund & no response to email requesting refund.

If there was a negative star I'd give it. Ordered my part in Nov for delivery by end Dec. It's now late Feb. Still haven't gotten my part and they find me off - always looking into it but never get back to me. I have had to chase every step of the way. Now after 3months I've asked for a refund so they are ignoring me

I ordered and paid for a ride-on mower lifter on 14th Jan 2022 and they emailed saying dispatch expected on 19th but now 9th Feb and after many emails no ETA and no refund that I demanded.

Avoid!!! Don't have parts in stock, so it is a lottery when they will ship, whether you will get them and almost impossible to get a refund. I ordered parts on January 25. All parts were listed to ship in 3 days. 2 days later email update says shipping on February 27th. I asked for a refund multiple time via email and was ignored. Called them and they said they will send to their finance team and their policy is for refunds take 48 hours.

I ordered a Shindiawa H202 hedge trimmer on 30 Dec 2021 and I received an old model Shindiawa DH221 on 2 Feb 2022. They appear to make substitution without asking the customer.
The trimmer came loose in a cardboard box (not a Shindiawa box) without any packing. Just the operator’s manual with no warranty card or tools as detailed on page 12 in the manual. From the look of it I received old stock that they wanted to get rid of. The specs of the old and new are almost identical but I need to use it. As I don’t want to wait months for the replacement, I will not be sending it back. However, I would not buy anything from AMS again.

Do Not Use this company unless you want to be scammed, ordered parts 1/1/2022 expected dispatch 6/1/2022, email confirmation would be sent by 11/1/2022 nothing so emailed, after 3 emails on 18/1/2022 received an updated dispatch date of 14/4/2022!!! Then received an email asking if I would like a refund, replied with yes please, a week later and several emails (they don’t have a number to call, only respond, eventually, to emails), still no refund, waiting on approval from admin! I advised if I did t get notification of a refund within 24 hours I would lodge a dispute with PayPal, no response, lodged a dispute and sent them an email saying I would escalate to a claim within 48 hours, money was then refunded 24 hours later.

Yet another company that lies about the stock they have on hand. Once you order they wont tell you that they have to get it from a supplier, and in my case didnt even tell me that thge supplier had it on back order and wouldnt have it for one month!!! Only found out when i called. I used them because my local blokes had a 8 day wait and i needed the part for my business. Now i have to wait an additional 8 days while my local guys get it after waiting 7 days to finally find out All Mower Spares lied about having my item in stock. BTW, my local guy found it in stock at Husqvarna within minutes. Its a scam that reduces their inventory holding costs at your expense!

Avoid this company. They do not have a phone number to be able to speak to a staff member and emails are not read and answered.

I have used All Mower Spares twice and both times have failed to get what I ordered. They never dispatched. The second time I got a email saying my order would be dispatched in 2 to 3 days. Two weeks later I didn't have it. I emailed them no response. I tried to contact them by phone but they do not have a phone number. I emailed them again a couple days later. No response. Then again a couple days later to two different emails I could find. Still nothing. Then there was a lockdown in Sydney and they sent out an email saying they couldn't for fill orders because of that. However I would presume they could've answered an email. A month later my business had grass up to the knees as it has been rainy. I then ordered the same parts on Amazon for less money. Even though the parts were shipped from the United States I got free shipping on Amazon prime. I highly suggest you avoid this mob, they are totally in capable of communicating. In the end I had to go to the bank and contest the charges, forcing me to cancel my business bank card and not have one for 15 days. The immense waste of time and inconvenience of dealing with All Mower Spares makes it like a form of self torture. Deal with anyone else would be my suggestion. These people should not be in business. They don't care about their customers.

I have previously bought from this company. I tried to get information for some more parts but couldn't find a phone number.
Had to contact by emails where some questions were not answered and what was took days, but was also told that they do not do phone calls with customers anymore as it took up too much time.
I will save them more time by never contacting them again and everybody else that wants to waste their time by expecting service from a company should stay away from them as well.
When they get down to no customers they should have all the time in the world to work out why they are not selling anything.
How dare customers waste this company's time on the phone.

Bad service. I paid $30 for a part and shipping for a $2 part. They could not ship the part from Camden to Sydney in less than 10 days. Amazon shipped same parts from USA to me in 4 days. Had to cancel several orders because of bait and switch tactics where parts listed as in stock were not available for several weeks.

Great website for spares. Will definitely use again for my Husqvarna Zero Turn.

Ordered an item over 10 days ago. Web page indicated I would be emailed once product was dispatched in 2-3 days.
This company does not answer phone calls or emails.
I have no way of contacting them.
I am instigating a complaint with NSW Office of Fair Trading. They have my money I have nothing!
