Purchased a generator from Outbox, the website says "shipped next day" but the delivery from Hunter Express (their delivery partner) has taken 15 days since I purchased, with no sign of the delivery. Hunter Express are impossible to get hold of, and all Outbox can say is, "We take note of your opinion regarding the courier service. Let the courier complete the delivery." Hardly helpful. Now I'm left waiting, terrible service and I wont be punching anything again from Outbox

i would have nothing to do with this company ,i had two of their products both not worth the price ,i got ripped off ,and they would not fix them when sent back ,stay away there will be tears

Purchased a gen-set, ran twice for a total of around 10 hours or less, now will not start. have just spent the day following requirements, clean this, clean that, new spark plug, change fuel, check oil, send a video. The thing is new and will not start, now they want me to pay to send it back to them....

I have recently purchased a Gentrax 3500 Inverter Generator from OUTBAX and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. This is after a very bad experience purchasing the same unit from another retailer and it arrived damaged after it had fallen from a height. Outbax kept me well informed with the progress of the delivery, considering that I bought in the Christmas period, it arrived in perfect order in 4 working days. I couldn't be happier. I wish I could attach a photo here of the Outbax delivery and the delivery from the other retailer, (that took 16 days to deliver), because the delivery from OUTBAX took place before the other one was picked up.

Good company to deal with but dont buy their flexible solar panels. I have to replace mine with glass ones after only 18 months. They perish in the sun.

This company is horrendous to deal with incompetent salesperson encourage customers to undertake mechanical electrical or technical repairs they do not have a service department and very limited spare parts. You just go around in circles dealing with them. The Gentrax 3.5kw digital inverter Generator has very poor quality mechanical components and a useless main circuit board that you just can’t rely on. This products retails for $1200 and is nothing but junk. They will attempt everything to have the consumer repair their warranty claims on their behalf. They are an accident waiting to happen.

Your company was excellent in supplying the goods however we have only received the item being delivered by Australia Post and not the one sent via Couriers Please. Unfortunately I have had no luck in trying to be able to track my parcel being delivered by Couriers Please.

Excellent products and the customer service support was excellent. They answered my question promptly and followed up to make sure everything was OK. I am already recommending them to all my family and friends

Quality product

The lights work well, and the tracking information was good. However, the parcel didn’t come wrapped- it was just the box of lights with a sticker on it containing our details. It arrived bashed up and open; luckily the lights were not damaged
