The set up was effortless and we were kept up to date throughought the whole process. The functionality of the App is top tier and helps the directors of the business manage the various accounts and the interest rate on the monies is also fantastic.

What really stood out to us is how accessible Allica Bank is and being able to speak face-to-face or directly on the phone with our bank manager makes a huge difference. With other banks, we often found that we didn’t have a dedicated manager and getting through to someone for assistance or advice wasn’t always the easiest.

The application service was very straight forward as was linking our Xero and setting up the app etc. In two weeks I have had more personal interactions with Allica than I had with our "Big Bank" in ten years.

I cannot recommend Allica Bank highly enough. Their service is consistently amazing and, quite frankly, a total breath of fresh air in the banking world. I’m an existing customer and tried to call them on 0330 094 3333 today at 13.20pm for business customer. I held on for 38 minutes and these cowboys kept on saying we will answer your call shortly with ridiculous music playing!! Eventually I had to hang up

I regret becoming a business customer so really would NOT recommend this bank at all .

Lack of staff is sheer contempt and insult to their customers!!

The irony is if I had opted as a new customer option then I would have been transferred very quickly.

Simple and well-managed onboarding process with Steve Grigg. Steve helped me through the process and made sure every topic was covered. As an accountant I have now referred Steve to several clients who have all felt the benefits of moving to Allica Bank, both on a personal service level and in financial rewards.

Taylor Hart. I recently met Taylor at a business networking event, he was very professional and explained the benefit of the business account versus my current provider. He wasn't salesy at all, very consultive and clearly passionate about the business the banks proposition. I liked that.

We exchanged details and I went away to do some further due diligence.

I then phoned Taylor to express and interesting making the switch, it was seamless and he was excellent. within 24 hours the account was set up with Taylor being my dedicated manager that I can pick up the phone to and text etc. So refreshing to deal with an actual human being. Firs class service Taylor, thank you. Highly recommend.
