Excellent service I received money i didn't know I had

Sorry but you take far too large a cut of the outcome. You took 20% +vat of the settlement figure. You should have taken 20% of what I got in my bank. Yes I got something that I didn’t have before but I could have done it myself if I had wanted too.

Whilst I appreciate the help in retrieving money’s owed, the constant emails, text & letters received once confirmation from bank received (but not paid as yet) from Allay feels like hounding.
I always have every intention to pay Allay their fees due, but the compensation takes time to be received into my account.

I had tried and failed to get my compensation for ppi.
Allay took my case and I received £1800 without having to do anything else

Wonderful service. I wouldn't of pursued my claims because in all honesty I didn't think that I would get anything. Allay did everything for me and a fantastic outcome was achieved. They work on a pay as you win basis. Well worth the remuneration that they took from my pay award. What have you got to lose? Nothing is the answer.

Being harassed for payment of commission relating to PPI payment never received. Too much automation for too little value. It feels like bully boy tactics.
