Bunch of scammers....not only did they forge my signature when I refused to instruct them to proceed but also sent bailiffs round my house. I am now forced to pay them back via a company called the HCE group which is being done monthly..only at £5 per month out of principle. All payments up to date and now they have instructed another company to collect the unlawful debt... I suggest you get you ship in order allay...legal action to follow from.for clear and deliberate harassment which commenced with your fraudulent activity...bullying,harassment and now being chased by multiple companies...DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. if I receive any further letters or emails.from any other company other than the HCE Group...no further payments will be made at all... please also note I now live in Spain so could walk away from paying this at any time.... muppets !!!

Absolutely appalled by this company I don't recall signing or asking them to do anything for me yet they bombard me with texts I cannot reply too or automated emails I have written to them numerous times with no reply or automated reply they don't read your messages at all . Did chat they didn't answer me and closed my chat with them .
Then pass it on too crs which do exactly the same now passed too ajjblaw they are doing exactly the same they don't want too answer me again only threatened me by letter with court!!!

How do such a rubbish company get 4.5 stars on Trustpilot when they are a bunch of cowboys and they just like to rip people off with a claim that is untrue. Trustpilot check where your reviews come from that give this so called company a 4.5 stars

Fraudulent company. Forged my signature onto LOA documents and are now lying about claims.

They have put me in the hands of a debt collect for 14 quid never received a reminder or anything if I owe that I would happily pay for it

Harassment and refusal to be reasonable are apparently the order of the day. They are apparently unable to understand that no payment has been pursued or received from the lender and therefore their invoice is not due. Still, they forward you to a debt recovery agency, hang up on you when you finally get through as ‘they’re not worried’ whether their practise is fair or not, and then the debt recovery company cut you off the live chat too. Total con and waste of time.

They were fine in 2019 at getting PPI back but informed me then that Santander had promised a settlement. I told them that I have not received anything at that time. Fast forward to 2021 and harassing text messages and now a debt collection agency. In the process of gathering the evidence I need for FOS. Id discuss it with them - if there was only a way to get hold of them!

Allay emailed me in March 2021 regarding a PPI refund from HFC. I have no details for this and I have not received any money from HFC or Allay. Now they are using a debt collection agency to claim a fee of £17.61 for zero help or service! I am disgusted!

On the whole I would say that my experience with Allay was a positive one. However, with one of my claims. A number of years ago, my credit card company had settled with me for 1 of my 2 cards. Due to an error on their part, they should have but did not settle both cards. Fast forward a few years and Allay contacted Barclaycard and I was informed that a payment should have been made years ago. I spoke with Allay on the phone (terrible response times etc..) and was informed that if I obtain a letter from the credit card company explaining this and forward it to Allay, they would waive the fee. I did as per their instructions and sent the letter via royal mail as 'signed for'. I tried in excess of ten times to call to confirm that it was being processed and that the matter was closed. I did not hear from Allay for in excess of 6 months and assumed that the matter was closed. I recently received a few text messages from Allay and then within a few days had a text from a company called CRS chasing up monies on behalf of Allay. As with other entries, to avoid an adverse affect to my credit rating I have paid the monies and I am now in the process of re-sending the paperwork to Allay and issuing my own action against Allay to recover the £88 I paid along with other reasonable costs I have incurred during this time and effort process. I am sure Allay/CRS would do the same if I chose not to pay the costs. As I am typing this I am currently waiting in the queue to speak with Allay and we are already past the 25 minute point with the standard on hold music and the slope shoulder message regarding overdue payments going to CRS. Not sure if I will get much joy, but it might also need a call/e-mail for the FSA.

Complete scammers!!! Have never filled out any forms for this so called company to check on ppi!!! I requested the original consent form I was supposed to have signed and my signature has been copied and pasted in signature box!!! I know this had been done because the lines do not match up!!! And the money I've received is lower than the balance that Allay are saying I've received!! You cannot reply to their texts and you can't block them!! Now case has been passed to CRS debt agency!! In two days Ive had four texts messages requesting payment...if not paid will have bailiffs knocking at my door!!! Just lost my Fad and have major mental issues at moment...just want these scum to leave me alone!!! Don't know what to do!!!

Like others here, I was told I'd won, never received any money, was chased for their cut until it went to a debt collection agency. It was about £30 so I paid it, but perhaps that's how they make their money. Avoid at all costs.

As per the below, I engaged this firm to check for ppi. Apparently they've won me£40 and been chasing me for their £9 fee for a couple of years. Nothing recieved at all from any claim and now been referred to a debt agency for £9?!!? What a sham.

I won't be bullied by any firm, let alone a scam company like this

Told me I had won an amount but no money appeared. Almost two years of texts asking for money. I was finally told I had to contact the bank myself. Without any warning I then received a text from a debt collector. As I’m just about to apply for a mortgage I paid £274 demanded even though I have received no money. Having a debt collector on my records will be nothing but damaging to any mortgage application I shall be going to the financial ombudsman and complaining. Do not trust this company- they are robbing scoundrels.

This company has been harrassing me with emails & text messages for fee payment on a PPI claim I have received no funds or correspondence from the bank for. Passed me to CRS collections for money I dont even owe.

Their terms & conditions state "The fee is payable to us upon receipt of refund from lender" and I have received nothing, just a confirmation from Allay themselves of a succesful claim telling me I had to fill in paperwork myself, which I did not do, as they were supposedly being paid to handle the claim on my behalf.

Based on the terms above, and the fact I have received no such refund, they are entitled to nothing, and I will be fighting this with the Ombudsman's office to the bitter end. It isnt even a lot of money, but I wont be bullied by this organisation into paying funds I do not owe to a collections agency.

Told me they had won my case no money received but demands for their fee continued despite me repeatedly telling them I hadn't received any money. They've now past my details to a debt agency!! Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Scammers avoid.

Avoid at all costs.
This bunch of crooks, have fraudulently charged me for a PPI claim that I have never received any payment from.
They have continually harassed me for payment that they have no right to receive, and have now employed a debt collection agency to chase me for the payment that they are NOT entitled to.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use these people for anything, they are the absolute worst claims company I have EVER dealt with !!!

Inept. Passed me to a debt collection agency whilst I was waiting for my claim from Lloyd's. Had told them I was still waiting and ignored this. Have paid but am still waiting for a cheque from the bank. Will be taking this further if credit notice is not removed from my credit account.

Still waiting to find out why they paid to much tax on my claims feom them and why they havent pursued a claim against llyods that lthey paid out but not for all 3 claims . Also barcley card and marbles . Now wanting near 500 off of me for there bill
Phone calls and emails now threatening me with bailieffs and court

Your company obviously doesn't communicate internally, after phoning your helpline to explain I had not been paid and filling out an online explanation to that effect you still bombarded me with texts phone calls and letters. One of your phone numbers 01916310835 comes up on my phone as potential fraud.To make matters worse when I tried to pay via your online account for some reason your name and bank details came up as no match! I have since paid your account even though I still have no letter of confirmation from my bank in the hope you stop pestering me. Good heaven even as I finished writing this text at 7.30am you've text me demanding payment you couldn't make this up! Please stop contacting me.
