I would never recommend this company. Total joke. They say they have got the award for you, which you have done all the work for anyway and expect you to pay when you have not received the reward and then say they can’t chase it for you. You chase it yourself and get no response from the lender, but they say that it not their problem. Well it is. They are just a scam. They then threaten you with legal action to pay a bill when yo have not received anything in return for their services

No respect for customers privacy

Asked 3 times to delete my details from their system, as it is my right, no reply but keep receiving SMS about PPI. Steer clear.

Allay said someone owes you but we want a piece of the pie. I was plagued for months, had to block them ringing me as it was everyday and in the interrim I got married, seperated and moved, also my name changed, they couldn't seem to grasp it all. Covid then left me redundant in 2020, I am fighting to keep my head above water, single parent, feed my children etc.... and Allay fight for less than £12. Well done. SCORE.

I received paperwork from this company, even though I didn’t ask for it….not sure why. I had applied to my bank for PPI and won a low amount but I am now being threatened with a CCJ from AJJB solicitors, after months of harassment. I never signed any paperwork, so there claims are not valid. Not once have I been sent paperwork of ‘Judgement before Claim’ and I do believe that this is a legal requirement. Appalling practice and a bunch of opportunistic cowboys!!! This needs dealing with, as I can see many people are suffering at the hands of these bullies.

Fraudulent company. Stay away from it.

They carried out checks for me and won

Money was in my bank account and they then requested their fee as per the agreement

Like a lot of people here I gave a bad review of this company because they sent me demands for commission payments on money I had never received, I genuinely thought it was a scam, when I finally spoke to someone they informed me that I had not filled in a payment authority form for my bank, I told them I had never received one and they immediately sent me one, before I filled it in with my details I checked with my bank who told me yes they are legit and we have been waiting for authorisation to pay you, I have now been paid and Allay have been paid their commission in full, which they deserve because I would not have received anything without them..I have stopped short of five stars because if I had more information on the process I would have settled much earlier

This organisation needs investigating . Ajjb law are chasing me against an amount I have not received and use the wrong address to write to me. They harass by text email and when you ask for evidence they do not provide this. Why had someone not done something about this,

Allay are a parasite company that will and have forged peoples signatures on authorisation letters that they never actually signed. This is a criminal offence and I have told them that. They start of with a no obligation format to check if you have a PPI claim and if they find out you do you are supposed to sign a letter authorising then to act on your behalf. Because you go ahead and do the claim yourself once you know who owes you money Allay will charge you 24% of any claim but don’t tell you any of this. Please don’t pay them a penny unless you signed a wet copy of authority for them to act in your behalf. It’s a police matter now and as an ex copper I’m pushing to have them investigated for fraud and deception harassment as well I keep blocking them but they come up with other numbers. Threatened me with both court action and a dept collection guy to call with me. I live in Northern Ireland so we don’t have bailiffs and good luck to anyone who calls. We don’t take kindly to thieves here in NI

Have nothing to do with this company, they are nothing but a shower of cowboys. Would have given them no stars if I could.

Shocking company there harrasment and pressure towards me constantly phoning my mobile number day and night. It got that bad that I had to block there number on my phone but then I was in dated with private number. They have given me a ccj for unpaid fees of £766.43p for what exactly I never signed anything.
I've claimed ppi against a company thats had me off in first place but now these are having me off with my money.
I am claiming from companies for unaffordable lending and now I'm hit with this affecting my credit totally. I used my ppi claim and paid lowell finance dealing with unpaid provident payments. This is putting me over the edge and I'm sick of fighting for my rights with everything.

0 is my rating. Allay, in collusion with AJJB lawyers & CRS have been conning money from my mother & came back for more sending x 2 demands/ week for 2 years. They didn't have her signature it's impossible she could have given it. This was followed up by some dodgy Claims Management Investigator to back them up, the emails are lies. I investigated them all. None of the contacts are transparent on their public profiles. Then they came from another angle AJJB lawyers to make demands, then email from CRS demanding online credit payment

Having read more reviews I saw that you can contact the West Halifax Police station and West Yorkshire trading standards in Leeds to let them know. I contacted Action Fraud and set up a crime number in case the companies want to try again hassling us again. I don't know where they got original details from to demand monies. I'd think only banks could provide that info. All numbers and emails have been blocked.

These people and their ? Associates harass me on a daily basis with demands from solicitors for money????
Thing is, I have never contacted them, so haven’t a clue what the F *** they’re up to

What a bunch of SCAMMERS!!! Years ago I applied for PPI and never heard a word Or received any money in my bank!!. They are now sending letters for £280.54?? When the advert was on TV at time it was a NO WIN NO FEE!! BUNCH OF CONNING (BLEEP BLEEP)

Stay away from using this fraudulent company. Not even worth one star.They just use a law firm to hassle you to pay them money. Absolutely awful. I have not received any money as promised and am getting non stop threatening emails. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company their attack dogs and finally the Rutland Square Gangsters all attacking me with threatening letters, Allay want £472.89p for a PPI claim they said they had won for me £1785.48 I have not received one single penny from The Criminals at RBS I told allay this and said when RBS pay me I will pay them, Their Law company AJJB LAW is sending daily emails threatening me with court action these people are beneath contempt and my opinion is they are CROOKS, And as for the Star Rating at the top of the Page is Misleading at best and Fraudulent at worst, Stay away from this Dodgy Outfit

Like so many other reviews of Allay, I have been bombarded with 5 or more text messages daily as well as phone calls. I never agreed to them acting on behalf nor did I receive any payment related to PPI. They claim to be retrieving paperwork to verify this but still I am being pursued by bailiffs for their fee. How do you pay a fee when I never made any claims in the first place. Very upsetting 😡

Allay still have not sorted my claim out but have sent there bill to a debt collectors. I will be happy to pay their bill once they have done their job.

DO NOT use them under any circumstances.

I found Allay to be unprofessional and uninterested in you as anything other than a fee generator.. I spoke to them a number of times to inform them of mistakes they made, but all they did was completely ignore what I said and then carry on as normal.. They didn't do as I instructed and charged me for it.. If it goes through without any issue or complication I imagine their factory line approach will ok for some, but heaven help you if you have even the tiniest issue...
