I paid for an Umrah package but only received a one-way ticket and visa. My flight was cancelled, and despite the agent receiving a refund, they delayed my payment and only offered partial refunds.
Communication was poor, and I had to chase them continuously. This caused me financial stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this company. Please be careful before dealing with them.

I am very satisfied with the Umrah services provided by Al Harmain Travel. The visa process was quick, flights were well planned, and transport was comfortable throughout the journey.
Ijaz Ahmad guided us from start to finish and answered all our questions patiently. Because of his support, our Umrah was stress-free and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.
