I had an excellent experience with one of the consultants at Al-haram Travel Agency he’s name is Fahad. As this was my first time planning a trip for Umrah, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but he was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process.

He spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me, guiding me step by step, reassuring me, and making sure I fully understood how everything would work. He really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, especially regarding my budget, and helped me find the best possible options.

What truly stood out to me is how dedicated and attentive he was. He made sure nothing was overlooked and was always willing to go back and adjust things if I wasn’t fully satisfied. He tailored the experience to exactly what I wanted, which made me feel very comfortable and confident.

Overall, he is extremely kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. I couldn’t have asked for better support for such an important journey.

I recently returned from Umrah. I had my tickets done by Omar from Alharam Travel. As I was travelling in the middle of the war in the Gulf, goes without saying the level of precarity that prevailed. Throughout this, however, Omar was in touch and made sure everything was in order. Our original airline cancelled their flights, followed by multiple schedule changes in the new flights. Omar was always on the job to update us and manage things through. Long and short, not only did we fly and arrive on the same date, Omar made sure that our timings and convenience of journey was maintained.
I wish to commend Omar and Alharam for their amazing service, integrity and commitment especially in the middle of a war situation. You've really earned my trust. Thank you!

Alhumdullillah me and my family have completed our 2 Umras and also went to Medina and it wouldn’t have been possible without sister Sumera as my flight was cancelled due to the war in Iran but sister Sumera managed to get us a direct flight although it was very costly but this was a test from Allah. My dream came true even after all the extra costs. Me and my family are very happy me as we had the best time of our life and was an impossible journey being possible.

I went last week
Communication and customer service is awful. When you ask them anything, the don’t have the answer or they ignore you totally. I was stuck with them cos they had all my money and I had to pay more money on top to get my tickets. They forced me to pay more. The lady named Menahil, her English is terrible and couldn’t explain things properly. Was on the phone for hours trying to sort out paperwork. If you don’t want stress and anxiety then please void this company. You rather pay a little extra somewhere else, at least you know you get a good service. Their prices are good to be true because they make up the money afterwards you are trapped in and have not much choice and you loose all your money. The hotel distance are also not accurate. Please do some homework before hand and don’t get into a mess like me. I regretted. Really bad service. I personally don’t recommend. Menahil also did the hotel paperwork wrong and I was forced to check out a day early. Unnecessary stress. Or I had to pay more for another day, the hotel had no other information to help me.

We made a Umrah booking as Usual we booked with Kurum Shezad. This is the 3rd time we have been booking with Kurum without any hassle. He was polite and very helpful and gave us the best service.
