Alexander green agents in Cambridge are the top 3 best agencies I had dealt with. Quick responses and professional. If there is a fault in the property they arrange the handyman to fix the issue within a week.

Really nasty people work at this company, it has a terrible local reputation. One employee regularly speeds down local streets endangering cycles. This morning I witnessed two cyclists slow him down and then he shouted abuse at the them, swearing and using horrendous language. There is no chance of anyone in this part of Cambridge using this company.

update Date 06/10/2023 : The original agent then called me 2 hours later asking me to remove my 1-star review. He claimed the call had cut off, despite me reaching someone else right away. Pressuring clients to alter reviews to resolve problems raises ethical red flags.

Most concerning was receiving a voicemail today from an Alexander Greens staff member stating I was refused viewings solely due to my negative review. If true, this reflects very poorly on their conduct and customer service standards. Threatening clients over reviews seems drastic and inappropriate.

Overall, I cannot recommend doing business with Alexander Greens Property Services based on my experience. Their lack of transparency, misleading excuses, and unprofessional conduct shows a disregard for client needs. I urge others seeking rental properties or home viewings to consider more reputable agencies that value their customers.

Date : 05/10/2023 : I recently tried to contact Alexander Greens Property Services to schedule a viewing for a property I was interested in. When I called, the agent I spoke with informed me that all viewing slots were booked up already. However, they failed to specify if this was just for viewings this week or next week as well.

When I tried to ask some follow up questions to get more clarity on when I could potentially schedule a visit, the agent abruptly hung up on me. I was very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. The agent made no effort to be helpful or accommodate my inquiry in any way. Just 10 minutes later, I called back and reached a different agent - highly questionable if it was truly a phone issue.

Based on this negative experience, I would not recommend using
Alexander Greens Property Services. The staff seems very unprofessional and unwilling to assist potential customers. Being hung up on when simply trying to get more information about setting up a property viewing is completely unacceptable. I suggest looking into other more customer-service oriented real estate agencies in the area if you want an agent who will take the time to address your needs and questions.
