I rented with Zenko Properties from March 2024 to March 2025. The move-in process was easy and hassle-free.

However, Despite returning the property in a clean condition, deductions were still attempted. Detailed, close-up photos were taken of wall, which I felt were excessive. I challenged these through the relevant authorities, and the outcome was mostly in my favour, although I still had to forfeit a portion of the deposit.

Additionally, when my heater stopped working during winter, it took nearly three weeks for the issue to be resolved, which was quite inconvenient.

Overall, while the initial experience was positive, the handling of maintenance and the deposit process was disappointing. I would not choose to rent with them again

The rental team have helped me enormously over the past couple of years, whilst my flat had building issues, (covered by insurance).
Professional, with fast response times, they really stepped up to get the flat to a good rentable condition once the contractors had finished.
I have never had an issue with them, and they’ve always found good, honest tenants.
I have worked with them now for the last nine years.

I rented from Zenko for 3+ years and enjoyed my stay. Finding the property in the first place, applying & moving in was straightforward. They were also relatively quick to fix issues through the maintenance portal (usually within 24 hours), so can’t fault them there. They did however make multiple claims against my deposit about pre-existing wear and tear which I disproved one by one. They did also charge me a cleaning fee despite leaving the property in a matching if not improved state on return, I’d be a little hesitant to rent from them again.

Worst landlords in 40 years of renting. The owner T*** is very unprofessional and your rent will likely be raised every second month due to ridiculous reasons. A common theme of deposit theft too if you look at all their reviews and from personal experience. Look elsewhere.

Everything turns around after you move out - rude, unprofessional, totally biased to landlords. Avoid renting with Zenko at your best.
