I really struggled to find a wedding ring on the high street. My engagement ring is twisted and has a really awkward shape. Saw this company through Facebook so was a little wary at first. I decided to order a ring mould kit and couldn’t believe it when it arrived only two days later! I followed the step by step instructions to mould my ring and sent this off. The whole process was easy and stress free. I paid for the VIP package so I could have tweaks on my design and also got £50 off my order. The team are only an email away and are on hand to help if needed. Safe to say I LOVE my new ring. I honestly wouldn’t have found one which fits as well anywhere else and my ring was cheaper than other rings I had found. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would use again in a heart beat. Thank you!

I wanted a ring to fit around an awkwardly shaped engagement ring.
I dealt with Ethan, who was patient, interested and keen to get things just right.
It was such an exciting moment when my ring was delivered this week, so beautifully presented, and looks just right against my engagement ring.
The whole process took 2 months and would have been quicker if I could have made my mind up sooner!
The price was also very reasonable compared to quotes I had from local jewellers.
All in all I am a very happy customer!!

I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Alba rose 2 years ago. My experience was excellent and they never rushed me into my decision. Therefore myself and my wife decided to return recently to Alba rose to purchase our wedding bands. Our visit was very positive and we were made to feel very welcome. We received quality care and we are over the moon with our wedding bands. Thank you Alba Rose, we plan to visit soon for brides maid gifts! Highly recommended!

Dropped into the store this morning to have my wedding ring resized as it started feeling tight a few weeks ago.
Resized and reset my diamond whilst we had coffee. Less than an hour later it looks like new.

we have bought a few rings from alba rose, and have always been very pleased with both the quality and service given. we we even sent a ring back because it wasn't suitable ( our fault) and got a full refund.

I ordered a cross over ruby and diamond ring for my ruby wedding anniversary and was thrilled with the result- made in super quick time: it was great to be able to see pictures in the Internet of the different settings and metals available, and the service in the shop was professional and helpful. Free resizing too. Delighted : definitely recommend!

My family is so pleased with the stunning cremation jewellery from Alba Rose. It's been a tough time losing a very close loved one but to be able to wear a small part of them in our rings and necklaces feels really special to us. Me, my son, daughter and wife wear them everyday. We can't thank you enough.

The customer service is next to none and they really looked after us to ensure this process was as easy as can be. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something special to remind them of their loved ones.

We purchased a diamond set wedding ring and were very happy with it initially. However this soon changed. Soon after our wedding it had to be returned as it had lost a diamond - disappointing but possibly “ one of those things” Ring re-set and returned. This happened a further 4 times! Each time a stone (or two) was lost we had to return it for repair. On one of these occasions it was deemed that the ring had been knocked hence the damage and we were charged for repair - fair enough, however on all other occasions no trauma found so possibly down to poor quality.
The ring then spent much of the time in its box for fear of further disappointing loss of diamonds - not what is expected of a wedding ring.
We then decided enough was enough and after much correspondence with the management it was agreed a replacement would be sent . A replacement was duly sent - chosen by someone at the company (without showing us first) and worth a third of what we had originally paid!
The replacement ring then tarnished within 2 months and was sent back in disgust. Only the threat of legal action gained us a refund.
After an 18 month debacle I now have no wedding ring - the original ring that had much sentimental value to us despite being damaged was not offered for us to keep as a gesture of acknowledgement for distress caused and is presumably lost.
Overall a very bad experience and certainly do not recommend.

From initial meeting to final product the team are all very polite and the design was lovely minimal adjustment to the design. Was advised 3-4 weeks for the ring to be made and was done in just under 2 weeks.

Would defiantly recomend this company!

My fiancé purchased a beautiful tanzanite and diamond ring to propose to me. Almost two years on, I have just bought a diamond wedding ring and I am so thrilled with them both. I have tiny fingers (size F!) but that was no bother for Alba Rose - I now have two lovely rings that go excellently together. The only disappointment is that I have to wait 5 months to wear my new one! Thank you Alba Rose. Next stop - eternity ring!!!

I have received this week the most beautiful ring from alba rose this was my second choice but this was my own fault as I made the wrong decision in the first instance I was helped by kaylea who sent out resins to me so I could match up with my eternity ring I found them an excellent company to deal with especially kaylea and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery

DISGUSTING AFTERCARE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Initially purchased engagement ring in 2015 in white gold, was swayed to the white gold option as was promised 2 free coatings per year for life to keep rings in tip top condition. Later in 2016 purchased both wedding rings to match, again with free re coats twice a year for life. In 2017 took rings in to rayleigh store for re coating only to be told that it was no longer free!
After speaking with manageress the coating was done for free and we purchased an eternity ring in the knowledge and understanding that the original 3 rings would continue to be RECOATED FREE FOR LIFE, but new purchase would not be, as the company were no longer offering this service...fair enough. Took rings in for recoating in january 2019 and hey what do you know we had to argue to get this honoured once again. Staff very rude and standard answer was ‘ we stopped doing that for everyone’
Emailed the managing director to complain about this and received very shirty reply stating that complimentary recoating was herewith withdrawn for all rings!
Well as managing director, your customer relations leave a lot to be desired, and obviously thats why your shop staff at Rayleigh ( cant comment on others as havent encountered any other branch) are rude and unhelpful. You may care to note that consumer rights act 2015 and prior to that, the sale of goods act 1979, state that services offered at the time of purchase, whether complimentary or not are legally enforceable. If this service is withdrawn, we were mis-sold the original products.
Engagement and wedding rings are for life not a couple of years.
To any prospective customers, I would say avoid this company at all costs, We brought rings from them in white gold as we were sold the free re-coating for life, not once or twice and as they are wedding and engagement rings they are supposed to be worn not kept in boxes. At the time of sale the free re-coating was included FOR LIFE so I feel that this part of the contract should be honoured. Would no longer recommend anyone to them as in my opinion, they have broken the contract and aftercare has been appalling.

My fiance and I chose alba rose as he wanted something a little bit different and a celtic design and their website had the best selection we had seen close to where we lived. When we went in the women who served us couldn't be more helpful in showing us the designs they had in store and on their website. They didn't rush us or pressure us into making a decision that day, and were happy to answer all of our questions, even our curiosities about diamond impurities. Our rings were made well within the time stated and we couldn't be more in love with them and can't wait to wear them on our wedding day. Thank you to everyone at Alba Rose!

Created a perfect wedding ring to sit alongside my unusually shaped engagement ring. They were excellent when I requested any changes to the design, and were great value for money. The ring is beautiful!
