I would definitely recommend Alba Rose to anyone. I purchased a ring made using my partners ashes and the whole process was seamless and easy, and I received my ring long before I thought I would. The ring itself is beautiful and something I will wear every day.

I had an ashes ring made and it is beautiful, they were respectful returning the unused ashes as I had sent to much and the turn around was pretty quick too considering it's a bespoke ring (a couple of weeks).

My custom made ring arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased! At just a fraction of the price quoted from another jeweller the ring is exactly as I wanted looks beautiful and fits with my engagement ring perfectly. I could not recommend enough! Very quick too!

We ordered our wedding rings, and received a first class service, extremely helpful with the sizing & aterations we needed at no extra cost. We also had our rings engraved & was given great advise & guidance with this. Can’t recomend highly enough

Mould kit review
I ordered a mould kit for £4.95 from the Alba Rose website to have a wedding band designed to fit my engagement ring. It was sent out very quickly with the returns postage paid, I took a mould of my ring and sent it back to Alba Rose.
I received an email a few days later to say they had received my mould and would send me some images of my design shortly and also to my surprise that a £35 standard design fee would be taken from my account once they had sent me the digital images of the ring - at no point ever was I made aware of this £35 design fee until I had already bought the mould and sent it back . After contacting Alba Rose they refunded the payment quickly.
I liked the concept of not having to part with my ring, the mould kit itself was easy to use and the digital design of my ring I am really pleased with and will be ordering in the near future. Overall a good service with Alba Rose I just didn’t like that the design fee was not clearly stated.

Beautiful Rings
I was told about Alba Rose by a friend and saw their rings etc. They were really nice - though not the same ones as we liked. Loads of choice was available.I visited the shop (though they didn't have the ring I liked avaliable in store but did have my OH's) and then bought online. Loved the rings - they are beautiful. Also, ordering a wax version for £6 in advance of buying the final ring was very helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Ordered our wedding rings from alba rose as we got engagement ring from you as well and had excellent service. Used the free re size voucher - which was great!
When we got our wedding rings my partner needed his resize which was fine we had a voucher for it - a free re size. We sent it off paid for delivery. We then got an email saying we owed them money for postage back to us! This didn't happen when I sent my engagement ring off! And considering the cost of the rings I feel this was a real let down in terms of service!

The ring was absolutely beautiful, over the moon with it! Great quality, fast delivery and quick responses, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Also as we were on a bit of a deadline, they even marked it as urgent to try for a quicker delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
