After nearly loosing hope for securing sufficient insurance for our very niche startup business I was passed to Shyheim, who after many hours of work found a policy that covered everything we asked for. Thank you once again you absolute star!

5***** - I would like to commend Dan Hart @ Gallagher for going above and beyond in securring a complex but satisfactury insurance quote for a property with previous subsidence issues. Dan realised the urgency and worked during his day off to obtain a policy for the buyer who had a deadline before the property they wished to buy was remarketed. Essentially his prompt and professional approach meant his client was able to secure the property. Without his efforts that client would not be receiving the keys to the next home in weeks time. Well done Dan Hart

Well what more could you ask for, Shy was the man he answered all my questions changed a few things I wasn’t sure about and got me a better price. Reminds me of when you could ring up asking for a better price.

Funny and awesome service

The agent, Michael, was very helpful. I was explaining some changes in circumstances that I thought might be relevant (and make things cheaper). It turned out they were not but he still managed to get me a discount of over 25%.

The home insurance quote required us to find a lot of information, and in all it took almost one hour. Yet Sally, who was at the other end of the phone, was courteous, helpful and patient throughout. We were very well looked after.
