I had an entirely positive experience with airuspply. Sarah was my contact and guided me through the process of shipping three pet birds (two cockatiels and a budgerigar) from the UK to Toronto as cargo with AirCanada. The logistics of international pet transport are genuinely daunting, and Sarah was patient, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, even when the import permit took over a month longer than expected. My Dog Was Hospitalised With Extreme Heat Stroke And Lucky To Survive – Avoid This Service

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I have a responsibility to share my experience.

Passport for pets & pet air supply are the same company or at least associated with each other. Had 2 different names when I was communicating with them but I can see why now as there are multiple negative reviews.

Pet Air UK collected my dog Tyson in good health and condition the day before his scheduled flight. There were no concerns when he was handed over.

All communication throughout this incident was directly with the owner, Ian Seeley.

A few hours after Tyson had been collected, Ian called me asking whether Tyson had ever had any issues with his legs. I confirmed he had not. Ian then called me again informing me that Tyson required emergency veterinary treatment and that I would need to pay £1,000 to get him admitted into an emergency veterinary hospital.

Ian later informed me that Tyson had been admitted to the emergency veterinary hospital and that he had paid the initial costs. Tyson was in urgent need of veterinary treatment and, according to the veterinary team, was lucky to survive.

When Tyson arrived at the veterinary hospital, I was informed that he was suffering from extreme heat stroke. The veterinary team specifically told me that Tyson was lucky to be alive.

Yes, it was a hot day. However, that does not change the fact that when owners hand their pets over to a professional pet transport company, that company becomes responsible for safeguarding those animals and ensuring they are transported safely. Pet owners rightly expect that appropriate precautions will be taken, particularly during hot weather conditions.

What I found particularly concerning was that, despite Tyson suffering from heat stroke, the initial conversations focused on possible leg issues. When I later called Ian and asked why I had not been informed from the outset that Tyson was suffering from heat stroke, and why I had instead been questioned about his legs, his response was: “Was it relevant?”

Tyson remained in the veterinary hospital overnight at my expense, costing approximately £600. The veterinary team made it very clear that Tyson was fortunate to survive. As a result of this incident, Tyson missed his original flight and had to be rebooked onto another one.

Under normal circumstances, after an incident of this severity, I would have immediately stopped using the company. However, I was in the process of permanently relocating to the Dominican Republic, my UK property had been sold, and I had nowhere suitable to take Tyson. I therefore had no realistic option but to continue with the service to ensure he could still join me.

The following day, while understandably upset that my dog had nearly died, I called Ian to discuss the situation. It was obvious from my voice that I was distressed and concerned about what had happened to Tyson. Rather than showing empathy, concern or understanding for the situation, I was met with what I can only describe as a dismissive attitude.

During that conversation, Ian terminated the call. My subsequent calls to Ian went unanswered, and meaningful communication was difficult to obtain. What made an already serious situation worse was the apparent lack of compassion and accountability shown throughout that conversation. For Tyson’s sake, I eventually instructed the company to get him onto the next available flight as soon as possible.

What disappoints me most is that, to this day, I have received no meaningful apology, no accountability, and very little sympathy regarding what happened. My dog was hospitalised with extreme heat stroke and, according to the veterinary team, was fortunate to survive.

If I had the ability to I would have attached supporting evidence, including veterinary documentation and photographs from the emergency veterinary hospital.

I have also looked back through other reviews since this incident and wish I had done so before booking. If the company chooses to respond to this review, I will not be engaging in a public argument. The facts of my experience speak for themselves.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If your pet’s safety is your priority, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

My experience with Airsupply Shipping Agents was excellent. We wanted a professional trustworthy and compassionate company to transport our geckos and skinks from UK to Hong Kong. Sarah from Airsupply when beyond our expectations. Sarah explained the procedure in details, most patient with all my questions and dealt with such kindness and professionalism, I would not hesitate to recommend Airsupply to anyone. My pets arrived Hong Kong in superb condition, all thanks to Sarah and her team at Airsupply Shipping Agency.

Holly was amazingly helpful. Communication was nearly immediate, and she is very knowledgeable. There's not much more to say except - service provided to perfection!

The team were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with, and their pricing was very competitive compared to other providers we considered. I would highly recommend Airsupply Shipping (Passport for Pets) they were super helpful from start to finish, responded quickly and came up a lot cheaper than other pet shipping companies. We used them to transport our cats from London to Spain and it was a smooth journey! Holly and Katherine were lovely to deal with and gave me confidence that our cats were in safe hands!

I cant thank these people enough for what they did for us and getting my sons dog to America to be reunited with her human Dad .
The process was si easy with these guys as they did everything for us as I wouldn't have known where to start .
From the moment Pearl was picked up from our house to the time, she arrived in Miami I was giving updates and felt so at ease .

There is not enough stars to praise this organisation!!! 20 out 10 service and communication and LOVE. Kelly has looked after myself and my dogs to travel from UK to EGYPT. I would say we travelled 1st class thanks to them. I would recommend anyone from each corner of the globe ti have piece of mind and fantastic service. Can’t thank this team enough. Sarah was my contact, I have only compliments for the entire service offered, from concept to my pet landing took several months to complete. Like any owner I was extremely nervous/scared of how my pet, a German Shepherd, would cope with a 14 hr flight and all the stress of pre flight medical and post flight customs. Air Supply handled the import duties at Heathrow and liaised flawlessly with the export company. They helped calm my fears and delivered pet/transport crate to my home within a 10 ETA estimate. I can not praise the service highly enough.

Holly was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She answered every query promptly, was very informative and was always available. I felt as though she genuinely cared about our dog and this made the process a lot less stressful. I hope to not have to move country again. But if we do I would definitely use Airsupply.

Katherine and Holly, were so unbelievably helpful and patient with me as I went through the process of relocating my dog to Kenya. The final cost was as quoted and they were so kind to my dog on arrival at their warehouse. My parents, were dropping her off and had loads of questions and the Holly really put them at ease. The process was very smooth in all. So excited to be reunited with my dog.

What an amazing company!!! Was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly from start to finish. You can really see that they love animals. Really can not fault them at all.
