A complete scam
A complete scam. I ordered a lamp for £124 in February on 2025. I never received my order and every time (four times) I write to them, they say my refund is being processed by the finance department. This is very frustrating.

Beware of this site.
We placed an order costing £315 on 2nd May this year. We were not given a specific delivery date but when we made the purchase it said 10 to 14 days delivery.
The items have never arrived, there is no phone number and e mails bounce back. The chat bot said they couldn’t help no matter what I typed in.
Our bank are looking to see if they can get our money refunded - fingers crossed.
Giving one star is not what I wanted to do but I can’t give 0 stars on here.
PLEASE BEWARE - THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

Product besteld op 30 jan 2025, nu (5 maart 2025) nog steeds niet binnen. Volgens transport tracking is het product al op diverse (onlogische) locaties in Hongarije, Oostenrijk en Duitsland geweest. Gelukkig niet vooraf betaald; bij Klarna probleem gemeld en daardoor is betaling gepauzeerd. Inwohn geeft hierop niet thuis. Rechtstreeks contact met Inwohn is onmogelijk. In de tussentijd wel ander pakket van Inwohn ontvangen met 2 compleet andere producten, heel vreemd.
