I wouldn’t normally post something like this but I don’t want people to be as stupid as I was and get scammed by this company.

I got recommended this site for easy and ‘reliable’ parking close to Leeds Bradford Airport, this website is definitely a scam shame i didnt look into it properly and just trusted what seems to be fake reviews on their website aswell (makes sense why there’s only 3).

I booked a weeks worth of parking with the company months ago, paid in full almost £100 for meet and greet. Paid for the best service as I had 2 old age people with me who can barely walk and they texted us 2 days before our holiday cancelling the parking, fair enough these things happen. The downside was then having to be out of pocket another £100 to book parking elsewhere so almost £200 down just for parking before the holiday even starts. I’m lucky enough to have the money to do that but I can’t help but think of the people who sadly don’t have that money spare and are relying heavily on this money back in their bank in ‘3-5 days’ as they quote to book an alternative and for it to just never come is disgusting.

It’s been almost a month now with no refund and I’ll be totally real I know I ain’t getting it back there is no refund, no reply to any email sent and everytime you ring the number you get fobbed off each phone call with “sorry we’ll get that refund processed now should be 2 days” 2 days never comes sadly 🥱 then they just stop answering your number after you ring for your money back more than 3 times.

£100 down with no service provided, fabulous 😄 book the actual website rather than going through a third party it’s seriously not worth it just to try and save a bit more you end up being at more of a loss 🙄

Total Scam, 2 days before I received a text message say there had been an incident at the car parking so they had to cancel the booking, rang the number straight after the message had been sent - 'phone switched off'
Called the number on confirmation email 'phone switched off'
Replied to the emailed cancellation - no reply
PHONES ARE STILL SWITCHED OFF TODAY 02/06/26

Please please do not use this company.

This is not Leeds Bradford airport car parking, they are just scammers, using same wording in a different order to generate business.

We booked a meet and greet, on the way to the airport at 5am, called them as requested only to be told they had no one to greet us. They then suggested we park on n the meet and greet car parking for the week. I assumed they would cover the cost but they wouldn’t. They were just going to let us park there and pay the bill which would have been a fortune.

Under lots of stress having 3 kids under 7 with me I managed to book the Leeds Bradford parking for around £80. However just to pull up and park for a week was going to cost around £150 which this company had no intention of helping with the cost due to their incompetence.

I have emailed them since returning, first couple of emails they asked for details and a screen shot of us calling on the morning we were supposed to meet and greet. They said, they would issue a refund but since then they have not replied to any of my emails and I’ve had no refund.

Excellent service. Efficient and friendly. Car was waiting when we arrived at the airport. Highly recommend.
