Cancelled my booking a few hours after booking it. I am still waiting for my refund even though they stated it will be recieved in the next 7 days. Its now 14 days later and nothing. Not holding my breath but looking at small claims court for these guys.
TOTALLY RIP OFF COMPANY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Firstly, was hard to get hold of them on the phone before departure, they were really rude on the phone like ' we are busy, cannot always be on the phone'. When they have dropped the car to Gatwick Airport, the car had a dent on the left side across entire length + scratches.
The guy just gave the car key and jumped into another car which seemed to belong to someone else who chose this 'Meet&Greet' programme. When we tried to explain that car has been scratched and visibly poor condition the guy was ignoring us and asked not to waste the energy talking with him, but to call the police if we want or to call his boss.
As soon we started the car, it had on top approx. 100 miles drove than the point it had been dropped off.
Now we having troubles with the car and has to go to service for a check up.
This has been followed up with police.

Rang 30 minutes before arrival nobody ever turned up they wouldn’t answer the phone. In the end had to go to long stay and pay to use that . Avoid they are just a bunch of fffing scam merchants

Arrived at Heathrow airport Christmas Day 25/01/2022 they arrived 30 mins late to collect car, and was collected by someone who didn’t even look old enough to drive. We then arrived back home yesterday 10/01/23 trying to call the numbers from the messages we had previously spoken to them on and they no longer work and office number doesn’t exist. We then had a call of a no caller id asking if I’ve arrived after us trying to call for an hour to them then saying car is coming to airport now. We then sat in the terminal for 1hr 30mins after collecting our luggage. Having no ways possible to contact the company as when you try to email them they bounce back as it doesn’t exist. We then had another call saying sorry the drivers battery died he is on level 3 with your car. By the time we got to our vehicle there was no sign of anyone with the car we found our keys on top of the front drivers tyre as we opened our car there was ash everywhere and stunk of stale smoke where they had been smoking in our car ( we do not smoke ) then to see we had a flat tire on the rear the car had done over 500 miles since leaving it at airport as I took a picture of the dashboard when we dropped it off. The car had a full tank of fuel before we arrived aswell Being left 5 miles in the tank. Parking tickets from end of December up untill 5th of January where they have been driving it around harrow at all random times. 11:30pm the last ticket time we found on 05/01/23. Food rubbed into car floor matts bottles of coke on the rear seats. And to top everything off we left our Christmas presents in the back of our vehicle as we had been at familys houses before we flew out they had all been stolen out of our car. Do not go anywhere near this company they are complete scumbags and do not take any car in your car atall. How Heathrow allow them to work out of their premises is beyond a joke avoid at all costs!

ENIGMA PARKING HEATHROW - UPDATE
So to add to the fact that this piece of filth company used my car while i was away I've now been issued with a PCN because they parked it in a disabled bay whilst i was away incurring a fine of £110 ( Obviously they discarded the PCN attached to the windscreen so i knew nothing about it). Obviously I am contesting this with Hillingdon council but i cannot reiterate strongly enough - AVOID USING THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Leeds Bradford mid stay 2 car park.

Returned yesterday.6 hours late due to being rerouted to Manchester because of fog.
Then a further 3 hours wait to be ferried back to Leeds.
Got to the car and at the exit made to pay another £27 for my trouble.
Totally unacceptable.
Holiday Extras where I bought the Parking basically said I should have got parking insurance to cover things like this.
Surely a bit of common sense in needed in these circumstances.

NEVER use Enigma Parking meet and greet at Heathrow. We had no problem leaving the car with them, the return was a shambles. The car was returned late, filthy dirty, had obviously been offroaded, had an obvious boot footprint halfway up the bodywork, full of Mcdonald, fried chicken boxes etc and worse of all our half tank of fuel was depleted to virtually zero. The driver was rude, unkempt, his trousers were at half mast showing dirty stained underpants that had been sitting on our driving seat - disgusting! The driver, told us his name was Dandy, did not even give us the exit ticket from the car park so we had to pay to have the barrier lifted so we could leave. We have had phones put down on us, being told manager was at lunch (at 3.30 pm!) and that he was "too busy" to speak to us. We are taking legal action and will name and shame this company at eventually opportunity. We are in our 70s and this has really upset us.

PREMIUM PARKING - avoid at all costs. After waiting for 40 minutes, the man on the phone was abusive, aggressive, swore at me and told me they would not be coming. In tears and panic I had to book Gatwick parking so as not to miss my flight. Have reported to bank and police and hopefully will be shut down. Shocking service ill mannered, ill educated thugs. Will be pursuing for compensation until they are shut down. Please do not use.

What a complete joke Airport parking charges are now!

It’s much cheaper and a lot more convenient, if you are close (ish) to go by Taxi.

Why would anyone pay upwards of £140 for a 10 day stay in an off airport car park with a 10 to 15 minute transfer, when a cab takes you to the door, there and back, for £120?
Madness.

Shocking service. Refused to bring our car at 10pm - 2hrs late because we were delayed. Said we must get a taxi and pay £50 to have car released. Said we should have been there at 4pm even though booking clearly said 20:00pm. We did not pay £50 but Taxi was £30. They said it was 1 mile away but it was 4.4 miles away. Rude and aggressive on the phone. I will name and shame this company everywhere I can. We still had a long journey ahead. Taxi queue was enormous. They are appalling. DO NOT USE!!!

Just received a £100 parking fine because they decided to leave my car in the Marriott Hotel for the whole duration we booked for!!!

Do not use, they refused to bring my car back as it was after midnight when I landed. The person I rang then became abusive and threatening. I ended up paying over £100 for a taxi home. The next day they made me wait for 2 hours before finally bringing my car back. They are total scum - use at your peril!!

ENIGMA AIRPORT PARKING LTD are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, it's rare I can be sure that a company is definitely cheating it's customers but I know this to be the case with them. I have received a parking charge notice which they have acquired by parking the car on a residential street which confirms my suspicion they were using my car for personal use. When I got the car back they were 3 hours late, my tire on the driver's side was next to flat and my fuel tank was running on fumes, when I had left it it was near the halfway mark. Now the parking notice has changed to having a surcharge which I an challenging but it's so criminal that this company has said they park the car securely yet they drive it around like they own it.

Avoid Avoid Avoid absolute joke of a company make you wait to collect your key on departure and then refuse to cover the extra parking charge.Then made to wait 2 hours to get our car back and totally rude on the phone.Just don’t book through them it isn’t worth the cheaper price.

Avoid at all cost - can't even be bothered to go into why, but AVOID AVOID AVOID. You have been warned!

Enigma parking: AVOID AVOID at AlL costs! They took my car from the airport, 5 days later had a serious accident using my car and fled the scene. Thank god for cctv as I was being accused as being the driver even when I was abroad. They Ignore any phone calls, they are a total scam! Still No car!
