Very easy to book online and a reasonable price

Good value at approx £10 per day patking in secure airport car park Taxi cost was much more for just one way... scan at emtrance didnt work on my chipped licence but problem resolved quickly.

Have used this Airport Parking group many times and have found it very professional and easy to book. The shuttle bus to the airport is very frequent and can be called on demand.
Highly recommended.

When I made an error, inputting an incorrect exit time, it was changed no hassle at all with the agent staying on the line till my new details came in an email.

When on my return, I got to the exit barrier with only 15 minutes to spares at 22:00 hours, the barrier did not lift, a minute or so later a voice asked me if everything was okay, and after giving details I was on my way.
Good to know someone was there at 22:00 hours.

Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend Luton Premium Park & Ride to anyone.

We booked this because it was advertised as an on-demand shuttle service with no waiting around. However, after a 5-hour flight, our group of 5 travellers was left waiting outside in the cold for around 40 minutes to be picked up.

We called as instructed after passport control, but the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He kept saying the shuttle would be there in “5 minutes,” which was not true, and he cut the phone off on me multiple times.

The worst part is that the car park was only around 10 minutes away from the airport, so there was no reasonable excuse for such a long wait. When we got to the location, we were told their customer service team is based in Glasgow, which was no help at all.

This was a very poor experience from start to finish. If you are expecting quick pick-up, good communication, or professional customer service, avoid this company. Only use them if you are happy to wait nearly an hour in the cold after a long flight for a 10-minute journey.

It was a fare price with secure parking. The booking process was easy to use unfortunately you're unable book an accessible parking on line but the staff are very helpful
