Ajibola Sule got back to me very quickly and had all of the information I had requested compiled and compared for me. They have helped me over the past 2 renewals and I would highly recommend them .
The only thing I would change is that I wish AIB MS would reach out to me at renewal time and not me having to contact them first.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda from AIB Merchant Services, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient. Older Customers as in nearly 90yrs of age

I literally was Colm Harmons trickiest customer for June July 2025. He was so patient so understanding of our very small family business and the age profile of the isers 89, 76 and a mere 55 year old!! But we got there and then his attention and follow up were fantastic.

New clover machine

I rang looking for a new clover machine and Danna brought me through the process.
She very promptly sent all forms to me and followed up with a mail explaining what would happen next.
I phoned today to enquire as to when we could expect to receive the machine and she promptly mailed me to advise expected timeframe.
This was the most efficient and professional experience that I have had with AIB Merchant Services -my experience took place over a few different dates- the first date was 18/06/25
