Do Not use this company
I purchase a ride on mower, It arrived, I drove it across the garden and the blade deck fell off, the fixing bolts had not been connected. I immediately contacted AgriEuro they gave me the details of their authorised repairers. I contacted these businesses that stated that the only repairs they carried out was for the engine, I ended up putting the bolts on myself. I used the machine possibly 5 times, the engine cut out, I re-started the engine but I could not stop it. I contacted AgriEuro, after lots off messing about, they collected the machine and took it to Italy. Several months later and after a lot of complaints and letter writing to their head office, which was totally ignored, the machine was returned. I started the machine, again the same problems, it would appear that no repairs had been carried out. I contacted AgrieEuro and asked for a refund, they declined stating that the machine had now be used and they did not do refunds. Again lots of complaints, I eventually got a new machine. I was without a machine for 11 months. The after sales service of this company is atrocious, once they have your money you are history.

Agrieuro est très mauvais, nul ne mérite même pas 1 étoile
Toujours la même chose.
Refus d'honorer la garantie 2 ans.
La débroussailleuse présente une défaillance avérée mais Agrieuro prétend qu'il faut que je change un consommable qui s'est usé.
Alors que la débroussailleuse n'a jamais servi.
Et en plus, ce consommable à changer régulièrement est trouvable nulle part.
A part chez eux mais coûte 50 €.
C'est du vol.
Surtout ne pas faire confiance à cette société.

This company only sells quality machinery at prices that are 20 to 40 percent below there competitors ,the free delivery service on top of this means I will never purchase machinery anywhere else again

What a superb company
What a superb company. Ordered and delivered within 5 days. Email updates regularly sent to me. Full tracking. Well packaged and as promised. I ordered a lawn mower and am thrilled to bits. I cannot recommend this company more. Should I need anything that they supply I wouldn’t dream of looking elsewhere.

Purchase of AMA Brushcutter
I purchased an Ama brushcutter which came with a package of accessories to get working straightway.
The price is unbeatable including free delivery from Italy - this cannot be matched by any other competitor. They also provide a very responsive after sales service.
I would highly recommend Agrieuro and gave already passed their details to other gardeners.

Good service and customer care
The website was very easy to navigate thru and had all the details for making buying decisions. Item was priced cheaper than Amazon and free shipping throughout Europe. The shipment arrived without too much delay and customer care throughout the transportation was highly commendable.

Failed to deliver as yet no refund!
Purchased a ride on mower at a cost of 5,385.00 euros. It didn't arrive as DHL state it was damaged. Nobody told me! After follow up and chasing them I was offered another machine - though not told which. Later given detail and told extra cost of 280 euros! Declined in favour of refund. 2 weeks from non delivery I am told to wait for original machine to be returned to their depot before it can be processed! Asked to remove dispute from paypal in meantime. Very disappointed in the assistance from company and feel my refund should be immediate - they didn't deliver!

We were stuck in the UK due to Covid but Agrieuro completed our order and delivered our new scythe mower from Italy through to France with no fuss. Chaira at Customer Services was very helpful with our neighbour who took delivery for us.

Perfect, from start to finish Agrieuro could not…
From start to finish Agrieuro could not have been more helpful.
Our Sythe mower was delivered on time with a very helpful and safety-conscious delivery driver. Any marks on the packaging were photographed. The mower was Pretty easy to assemble, as all of the mechanical parts were pre-assembled, and it worked first time. We had a couple of questions needed answering and these were dealt with quickly by the email team.
