Bought a long handled pruner. Had a problem with the clipper end. Agrieuro replaced the part immediately. Great communication. impeccable service. And I now have a first-rate pruner!

The order was missing some vital…
The order was missing some vital components. Initially customer support ordered me the missing parts, but these have failed to arrive due to the courier company. Now AgriEuro are trying to wash their hands of the matter saying I should contact the courier company myself and there is nothing else they will do. My contract is with the company (AgriEuro) that I bought the item from and not the courier company. It is not my role to chase the courier. This is an incredibly appalling way to treat customers. Two months after I placed the order I am still waiting either for a full refund or the missing parts. Truely dreadful customer support. Later this year I am due to buy a tractor and was going to purchase the necessary accessories (plough, scythe cutter etc) from AgriEuro. It is now very doubtful if I will use this company ever again.

Mixed views
Mixed views, the packaging was very flimsy, the splitter was in a cardboard box on a very skimpy pallet. One of the wheels had burst through the cardboard and was jammed between two of the pallet slats, had it not been for the banding the splitter would have toppled over. However I am very impressed with the machine, it is better than described, it has two speeds and the fast speed splits most logs, the other good feature that is not in the instructions is that on the return stroke you do not need to hold the levers as the machine automatically cuts off the pressure at the end of the stroke. With better packaging and improved instructions it is worth 5 stars.

Damaged Item, Agrieuro not interested
Bought a present for my dad for Christmas and it was damaged, Agrieuro are refusing to do anything about it, as I should have reported 8 days after receiving the item. If it's a Christmas present, not the easiest thing to do. They've washed their hands of the problem. Wish I never used them in the first place, never again if this is their customer service.
