Brilliant service in a difficult time. Their communication when the postal service strikes hit in order to get my parcel to me was outstanding.

TERRIFIC experience!! Product was beautiful and exactly as advertised.
My wife loved it! Customer service was extremely helpful. Ordered my gift only two weeks before Christmas and because of the high volume of packages, the British postal system failed to scan my box into their tracking system. When I raised the issue, Alex looked into the situation and then sent me a personalized message outlining exactly what had happened along with the investigation case number opened by the postal service. Alex continued to follow up until it safely arrived at my house in the states, exactly on their predicted delivery date. Not sure about England, but here in America good customer service is often times hard to find. These folks are setting a very high standard for others to follow. GREAT JOB!!

We just received our Gift of Happiness framed family tree. It was created for a dear friend of ours who has two new grandbabies in the past three months.
It is absolutely perfect. Lucy worked with us to get the tree name placement, and was incredibly talented and quite quick in her responses. The framed tree is also very well made, and well priced.
The frame was packaged very well, and secure, and was delivered on time to our front doorstep. Ready to gift wrap.
I highly recommend this seller, and will order from Agiftofhappiness again.

I ordered a family tree for my sister’s family.

It is X-mas and the mail services are not reliable. So I asked the shop if they could send it as soon as possible since I live in Prague. They were extremely helpful, put my order to production immediately and it was sent super fast!

However, the combination of Royal Mail and Czech Post was a total nightmare. Alex was unbelievable, the customer service I was provided was out of this world. Alex tracked my shipment, sent me multiple updates, was in constant communication with Royal Mail in order to locate my order. Simply put, fought like a superhero for me as a customer.

Finally, today I got the product and it is even prettier in reality than it was on picture. High quality materials, beautifully crafted, they even proactively put a wooden figure of a dog next to the family tree, even though I did not ask for that…perfection! I will definitely come back.;)

I ordered an item at quite late notice and the team at A Gift Of Happiness were absolutely wonderful in handling my request. I have recently ordered a gift from this company for my 92 year old Mum's Christmas - a picture bearing the design of a tree and the detail on it which were the names of our seven grandchildren. I ordered a 3 map picture for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and I can’t believe how beautiful it is.

I made a mistake with one of the postcodes and sent an email which was answered almost immediately putting my mind at rest that it wasn’t too late to amend it.

I did tell them there was no hurry for my order as I do not need it until June 2023 but just like magic it was done and received as stated in my order confirmation.
