Looks great and they were very responsive to design adjustments. It will make a great anniversary gift!

I ended up needing urgent delivery on an art piece and frame.
I found a unique design they had and sent a message explaining my situation and asking for help.
Alex could not have been any more helpful and stepped me through the ordering process.

The order arrived very quickly and on opening it I was delighted at the standard of finish and detail.
My wife (hard to please) was also very pleased with her gift.

I love my "A Gift of Happiness" custom gift. Alex and Rachel were amazing. With their help and guidance, I was able to create the most unique, super special and personalized anniversary gift. Incredible customer service, speedy responses, they worked directly with me to create exactly what I wanted for this gift. Also, I am all the way in Los Angeles, CA and despite the time difference and miles between us, responses were speedy as was the arrival of the gift to the states. You couldn't ask more from a seller, attentive, polite, and will do absolutely anything to make sure your purchase is PERFECT. We ran into an issue with Royal Mail getting backed up and it seemed like a few of their packages were affected. However they made sure to track down the parcel and let me know exactly what was going on and keep me updated. It arrived today just in time for Three Kings Day.
