Incompetent Customer Service Shark Line of Credit Service

The amount of mistakes on payment plans is awful! Everytime I try to get something fixed, they have to reach out to upper management. They don't care if you go into negative because a payment was made manually and automatically at same time! They deduct way more than agreed upon from the beginning and customer service is incompetent!

I've had to call for help several times…

I've had to call for help several times because this is all new to me. Everytime I've called the Customer Service has been outstanding. Everyone has been so nice and happy to help me. I will definetly referr other to the 24/7 Advance Financial for a new account.
