She not only walked me through my extensive difficulty with the online process because of a prior long ago account but phoned back to make sure I was able to successfully complete and upload necessary documents. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable •understanding• helpful and kind agent named Bruce. It was a lengthy process due to some technological issues but overall, I left very very satisfied with the outcome.
It was ‘emergency’ money that was needed for an immediate vehicle repair expense. I would highly recommend this
store for anyone needing assistance
for extra funds.

One of the reps called me while completing the process to see if I needed any help (I didn't but it was a nice process for people that may have tech issues).
