Seemed OK until they refuse to reply to me emails after selling me an RTS clutch kit for my golf gti mk7, I had a problem. With it slipping from day one even driving very steadily to bed it in, when fitting one of these kits I now know you have to also install the golf R flywheel or the clutch will have clamping issues, RTS have informed me of this fact themselves after the clutch was removed and sent to rts, AET state that they have zero knowledge of this fact and are refusing to reply to my emails after I requested a full refund.

Very poor customer service when I have previously spent thousands with them.

Small claims court proceedings started.

Couple of things I’ve ordered and they haven’t had the stock but after a quick few emails swapped out for parts that are stocked.

Parts are well packaged on arrival and nothing has been damaged

Overall great company and great service highly recommended.

What a brilliant set of guys, I ordered four VUDU parts on the 17th of July and the parts arrived on the 20th of July, I was kept well informed by email as to the parts progress throughout, the parts arrived in superb condition and extremely well manufactured, I could not be more satisfied with my experience of using AET Motorsport and I would recommend this excellent company to anyone. Thank you very much and keep up the excellent work guys and this is with all the Covid disruption as well.

So finally had my car done at AET after months of complications, got the car serviced and mmr baffle installed followed by stage 2 kit.

Car pulls like a train and got some very nice induction sounds from the hood. All in I'm very happy, I did have few complications with AET but after meeting the team, we have straighten out the problems.

Would I recommend them? Yes, think I got very unlucky with the covid and timing but they are top sound blokes when met face to face.

Ordered an ITG induction kit for my Fiesta ST180, arrived within a couple of days and worked beautifully.
Sounds amazing, and really gives the car something extra.
No complaints with AET at all, great experience.

Ordered a simple intake system. They sent the wrong MAF sensor for a completely different car. Rude, unresponsive customer service. Took ages to get it sorted, when I finally received the new part over 3 weeks later they'd sent exactly the same part back, damaged. Wouldn't recommend at all. Embarrassing.

Wrong part advertised.
Wrong part received.
No help for several weeks.
Lesson learned.

Disappointing a company I've wanted to use for a while and followed. Then when I do use them it's the worst customer service I have ever had personally. They seem to know their stuff and look after theirs customers who come to their site. But online buying parts they are obviously struggling and it shows when so many mistakes are made and not resolved. And if you pay over finance and something go wrong it seems from other reviews you don't get your money back.

Ridiculous customer service. They will hold your money for as long as they can. Shipping cost is the equivalent of next day delivery but it takes them nearly a month to dispatch the item.

Top lads and lasses at AET. Welcoming and friendly so much so time just drifts by. Nick will answer any queries and issues you have and also offer sound advice on anything car related. Top bloke. Highly recommend any all work needed be done here.

Excellent service from Nick, communication was great, working alone getting everybody's orders out during these difficult times, he must have been swamped. Product arrived and will be fitted once the rain stops 😄

Visit AET workshop a few weeks ago for a data logging session in my fiesta fitted with there vt330r turbo but unfortunately my car had a few problems the guys quickly figured what was wrong and had my car making well over there claimed power figures. Top class service from the team and a huge thanks to patrick really goes above and beyond the call of duty. Would recommend to anyone even if there are miles away like I was. Hope so see you soon lads

Buying parts from the other side of the planet can be worrying and stressful. The team at AET make everything easy and straight forward. Top quality workmanship in their products. Honest staff who endeavor to get you the part you need. Can definitely recommend and I'll be purchasing all my parts through them.
