I tried the face mask product from them…

I tried the face mask product from them and must say it has been the best one I have tried so far, I used the face mask from sand and sky before trying Aesop and I can only recommend their products.

In Two Mind Facial Cleaner

I was bought a set from Aesop and am I thoroughly impressed. The In Two Minds Facial Cleaner is fantastic. It smells great, is clean and refreshing. I will continuing to buy this facial wash and I highly recommend.

What an Experience!

Having bought from Aesop Before , whilst in Marylebone we thought we would pop in to the shop for a browse and were so pleased we did. Greeted by Evi and Megan I explained that we were only browsing but this didn’t deter them from giving us the most wonderful experience. The ambience and aesthetic of the shop were truly impeccable. Evi certainly knew her products well and gave me a few carefully chosen samples . As I am involved in interior design I couldn’t take my eyes from the beauty of the shop , the walls where painted in the most relaxing shade of pink and I was raving about the paint colour, so much that Evi kindly showed me on screen the paint name .Both Evi and Megan made us feel so welcome and made it a wonderful experience. If only every shop was as welcoming . We will return and purchase next time we are visiting Marylebone.

Great Customer Service

I messed up my order. Totally my fault. Filled in a contact form on a Saturday not expecting to hear anything before Monday. What a wonderful surprise when 'Lauren' contacted me within minutes. Had already reviewed my entire order history and put everything right.

Great Customer Service and Advice

I think Aesop’s online/email customer service is amazing. I’m struggling with poor health currently and have reactions randomly to a lot of things, but wanted to treat myself to some self care and skin products.
Since I’m not near a store they kindly sent me a sample of a product I was worried about. Thankfully it was wonderful and I didn’t have an allergic reaction, so I ordered some and some other bits I’ve used previously.
It arrived really quickly and the emails back and forth were very supportive and lovely.
I struggle to use the glass bottles with pouring lids so after asking via they online chat they also said they’d post me out a pump for the bottle from one of their stores.
The attentiveness and willingness to help me find what I need whilst going through a difficult time is just so appreciated and means I feel comfortable returning for more products online. A lovely experience. I only wish I was near a store so I could explore more in person!

Grace P

Grace P. was the customer support rep. who accused me of not providing enough information about damaged delivered Aesop products, despite of the fact I've sent her 4 photos. After 20 minutes, she has not been capable of providing assistance, and she ended our conversation. I've used Aesop for years and now i no longer support them based on how disrespectful and nasty customer support employees are - this isn't the type of culture we should support.

Aesop in Myer - Chadstone…

Went to Myer Aesop in Chadstone shopping mall.
Today was the best ever experience with aesop comparing to the last 2 visit.

Was attended by Mr. Dhruv. He is very friendly and patiently explained on the products i am asking for.

Look for him when you have a chance to visit.

Exceptional customer service

So many places in the UK offer abhorrent customer service but Aesop is an exception to that. Always clear and concise communication and exceptionally good, albeit expensive, products

Order online unless you want to be

Sales staff were on me in seconds - in my face demanding what I wanted. I knew what I wanted - been coming here for years. Desperately tried to get away but was there was no escape. I dared to ask for a product but was told that it never existed and was gaslighted quite heavily. In panic I bought a product I did not want but made the mistake of glancing at a display - I was told that it was eau de parfum which i may know as perfume - thanks. I managed to pay and was asked menacingly if I wanted a bag or any samples in a tone which made it clear that no would be the only acceptable answer. Having been crushed to the point of no resistance their work was done and I was walked to the door and escorted off the premises. I will get over this but it will take time.

Amber (via the online chat) is amazing!

Spoke with Amber via the online chat. A panicked client was dealt with professionally and promptly. That client was me! Within minutes Amber had me calm and under control - problem solved. (Note to self: always check your junk folder before the panic) Amber was ready to do whatever it took to help me out at 9pm, before we even got to the 'other' folder option, and that's what customer service is all about. Thank you Amber!

Absolutely atrocious customer service…

Absolutely atrocious customer service by the Business Development Team. So arrogant they turn away business from potential new customers. All i wanted was some advice on Hand lotions and washes for our restrooms in the restaurant and they demand to see pictures of the areas and do not answer any questions. Been one month and have not got anywhere with them. Terrible service and literally not bothered by valuable new business in these times of hardship! wow!

SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD!!!

We were given an £80 Aesop Ptolemy candle as a house warming gift by some friends. We enjoyed the scent of the candle while it lasted.

One evening however as we were sitting in the living room with the candle lit, the wax substance finished. Instead of the candle going out as one would expect, the wick burst into strong and big flames. We could not blow it out, so we had to quickly go grab some water to pour on it to put it out. We then had to pick it up with oven mits (as it was untouchable) and remove it from the coffee table. THE COFFEE TABLE WAS BURNT (BEYOND REPAIR) WHERE THE CANDLE STOOD. A £400 (TWO MONTH OLD) COFFEE TABLE IS NOW DESTROYED BY THIS CLEARLY FAULTY CANDLE. WE WERE LUCKY WE WERE IN THE SAME ROOM, IF WE WERE IN THE KITCHEN OR IN ANOTHER ROOM WHO KNOWS WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED!! AESOP NEED TO ADDRESS THIS FAULTY PRODUCT AND OUR HORRIFYING EXERIENCE!!

A dreamy experience!!

My partner and I had an incredible experience being assisted by Kelly from the Regent Street store. We walked by the store and we decided to go in to see the options for a day cream for myself. We were greeted by Kelly that shown us a range of product for my skin type and my partner’s skin type. She was so good at explaining the products that we decided to buy them all. Once we went back home we tried them and we were both amazed, they smell so good and natural and our skins felt so good. If you’re looking for a great experience and to be consulted on the right products then the Aesop Regent Street store is definitely a great one, and Kelly was super nice and consultative!!

Amazing experience at the new Regent Street store…

I visited the new Regent Street store and I was greeted by a staff member (I'm sorry I can't remeber your name) and he assisted my sister-in-law and I in choosing fragrances. His knowledge on the fragrances was amazing and it was truly a fantastic experience being in the fragrance room. I then went to try a few of the hand washes and balms with Justine assisting us. Justine had a great understanding of what we were looking for and she also helped my husband with beard care.

We walked away super happy with our purchases and we look forward to coming back again!
