Aerialroutes Recensioni

The person I spoke with was Ashley and he made the booking process so simple. He ensured he had the correct details and made sure I understood everything before paying for the flights. Thank you!

Mandy has been an excellent agent, professional and has made my experience of booking my trip a very good one. She has been communicating well and been keeping me up to date with issues discussed.

I had the privilege of speaking to Alix, who was very helpful and accommodating. Made my booking experience quite easy and stress free. Keep up the good work.

Roger came up with some good prices for me. I would highly recommend him. He rang back on time to check I was happy with what he had managed to get me. Highly recommend using Aerial routes again.

Roger was very helpful and went out of his way to get me a good deal with a flight to New York, I will come back to Aerialroutes and introduce my friends to Aerialroutes.
Thank you once again for your help and time very much appreciated.

.Mandy was so good at keeping me updated even when I felt the process was taking too long.

Contacted Aerial Routes having seen their reviews and having spent hours on the internet trying to find a decently priced flight from a reputable company without success. I spoke to Stanley and within minutes, he came back to me with a better priced flight than I could find on the internet with the outward leg even being direct, something I'd dismissed because that would have made the ticket unaffordable for me via any of the websites. He was so helpful, explaining everything and double checking all details to make sure I was happy .... which I am! In future, I'll be saving myself hours of mind numbing internet surfing by using Aerial Routes as my first and last way of booking flights.

Great job mandy . Thanks alot for your help @ last min finding me a great deal for me and my family of 5 to Jamaica for Christmas. Will definitely recommend Aerialroute to my friends .

Ashley was really helpful and saved me a lot of money on ticket prices.

So far so good, found me what I was looking for, efficient service, and good rates,
Does what it says on the tin

During my call I was offered a really good fare I couldn't find online.
The agent I spoke with, Ashley was helpful, friendly and efficient.
Highly recommended by me!

Very quick, excellent service by Mandy, one ring talking and i got the ticket. That was my first time ever not to struggle in getting the ticket.

well done!

Jostina.

Excellent service from stanley, very helpful
Thank you

The representative was ever so helpful and gave me the best deal and made sure all my needs were met. Will definitely be using them again for future flight bookings. Gave me an excellent price.

I was helped by Stanley who was very kind and patient and understanding. Thank you so much and I gladly recommend Aerialroutes.

I have booked a holiday to West Africa through Arielroutes.

My travel agent 'Mandy' provided good service, she was very helpful and patient with my many flight requests and queries. Mandy was also able to get me a really good deal on my flight, which I am very pleased about.

My score is definitely worthy of 4-stars, 5-stars would be saying my experience was overly fantastic and that would be slighty exaggerated. My only one thing is that on a few occasions I had to chase for an update (granted Mandy was also waiting for various information from her end to get back to me) and I had to request for my travel documents to to be sent to me.

Overall a very good experience, I would book again with this travel agent and would recommend Mandy as a suitable travel contact.

My agent Roger was very helpful and he found me a great deal for my husband's ticket to the US.
The customer service I got from Roger was very good, I will definitely be booking with them again.

I found this company especially Stanley to be very helpful in all stages in the process of finding and completing the ticket.
Much appreciated.
