AAV Smart Home & Commercial Installations Limited Recensioni

Lee and his team have carried out several jobs at my home including outside TV system and speakers .

They installed a rack system servicing the sky TV and amplifiers with a matrix box all linked to an app .

The lads are always friendly and are very tidy , they are knowledgable and are able to deal with technical problems when they arise .

I would recommend AAV for Smart home installations .

I have used this company four times now. They fully networked our house so that each room is hardwired for high speed internet (especially useful as my wife works from home). When we had our conservatory built and associated garage conversion to a gaming room, they extended the networking to both rooms, also moving our Sky dish. When one of last years storms damaged the sky dish they came to the rescue again at short notice. First class advice & service on each occasion. Everyone in the house can now make use of our 500Gb download speed.

Aerial AV helped us sort all our audio system when we moved house, they came out straight away and sorted all the problems out with TVs, consoles, sound system. They gave great advice and referred us to a reputable firm for advice regarding our CCTV system.
A friendly team who are always on time and quick to fit us in if we have any problems.
Highly recommend them

Great guys, slick install. Highly recommend

The company phoned back quickly after I contacted them by email, saying my TV could get no channels at all. They arranged to come out next day, were exactly on time and polite engineer found the TV and aerial were ok, but aerial cable was faulty & replacement needed. I was invoiced by email afterwards with payment details exactly as they told me on the day. Very professional and helpful service.

Came out promptly to quote as agreed, polite and friendly service, described in detail what was needed for what was required. Managed to get the job done on the same day fast and efficiently. Engineer was polite, respectful of our property and done the job neat and tidy to a.high standard. Would highly recommend.

I have used AAV now for a number of installs and they are outstanding. The fitters are all very pleasant and they go over and above to make sure the job is completed to your specs. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service every time! Aerial AV have done all the work on my properties since 2019! Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, perfection guaranteed on every job, custom specification!

Came on time did excellent job tidied up soon completion.

Although my installation was relatively small, I was a little nervous about the work to be done, however I needn’t have worried as the team at Aerial AV did a very professional job, very efficiently and with very little fuss. Always good when the site is left nice and tidy!
I would highly recommend them!

Had problems with my TV reception. Lee came and did a really good job. Was polite and thorough, explained everything he did and why. Very pleased and highly recommend him.

Very prompt service. The engineers arrived by expected time. They were very polite and got on with the job and fully explained after service/ guarantee before leaving. Thank you very much Aerial Av Custom Installs LTD.

Excellent company. Very friendly and fully explained the costs before starting work. Quick and efficient. Would use again. Thanks guys.

We had a media wall built, with spotlights in the shelves, all the AV equipment fed through the wall of the living room into a utility room cupboard. We had a new LG 65” OLED tv and a Denon soundbar of which Aerial AV sourced.

Aerial AV sorted everything out and kept us in the loop in when things were going to be done and what a fantastic job they did. They even cleaned up after themselves during and at the end of the day.

I can’t fault there work ethics they got going as soon as they walked through the door and didn’t stop until they left for the day. They were all polite and very accommodating to our suggestions.

I would highly recommend anyone who is on the fence about getting something like this done to give Aerial AV a call. We will be using them again once we’ve got the garage conversion done.

In addition we also had new spotlights installed in the living room and master bedroom, replaced the old spotlights throughout the hall, kitchen and utility room. We also had in-ceiling speakers in the kitchen and had the TV wall mounted in the master bedroom.

All in all money well spent and an incredible job. Well done team Aerial AV!

Had a great experience with using Aerial AV, they really know there stuff and updated our whole house. Also really nice people to deal with from ofice to engineer

This fantastic company feels like a family company where you are not just a customer where they get money and move on to the next, their customer service, the installation, the after care is 100% I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend if you are looking for loyal business that puts the customers needs first and care about you as a customer this is the business for you. 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a new TV from AerialAV co from Cannock. I really have to say they were the most delightful people to deal with, and more importantly were highly competent in the supply and installation processes.
I would recommend them Highly.
