AAV Smart Home & Commercial Installations Limited Recensioni

Lee came to price up the job and he was very detailed in where cables should go and where access points would be best positioned. He completely understood what I needed from a tech point of view and a date was put in the diary pretty quickly.

Adam came to do the installation and he was completely professional and I was able to get a full days' work done from home as he got the job done in the loft and outside. Minimal interruptions which was much appreciated.

Great aftercare too and he called me that evening when I had some speed issues and we managed to get a fix done there and then.

Fully recommend AAV for home networking solutions.

Excellent service provided, extremely efficient within 24 hours of calling. Very friendly and cleaned up any debris caused. Reasonable price for work.

Look no further for your media installation needs. Quick to reply to my email enquiry and even quicker to book to have my TV installed. The 2 lads were absolutely brilliant. Very tidy as a bonus. Thank you very much 😁

I had two TVs wall-mounted and cabled for Sky. AAV completed a high quality installation on time and the team were most respectful of my home having ensured floors, furniture etc were protected as they worked. The guys were very personable so overall I had an excellent experience with AAV. Highly recommended.

I have ordered a job, to setup a 75inch tv bracket. I received a phone call from the company with a quote. I have ordered this job. When I try to call the company no one pick up the phone. After many message they promised finally to coming and do the job. But they never arrived. Poor and fake company. (on the same day i order the same job from different company and interesting they have arrived)

Cannot fault the service we received today. Arrived on time, service was quick and the problem fixed. Picture quality is the best we've seen.
Highly recommend.

ADAM ARRIVED AHEAD OF TIME AND GOT TO WORK STRAIGHT AWAY.VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT AND DONE AN EXELLENT JOB.ALSO EXPLAINED IN DETAIL TO MY MOTHER HOW TO NAVIGATE TV AS SHE’S ELDERLY.WORKMANSHIP CLEAN AND TIDY.WOULD 100 PERCENT RECOMMEND.IF ONLY ALL TRADESMEN WERE LIKE THIS.HE’S A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY.

As always fast response, clear explanation of work required and performed in a clean and efficient way. Would recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks

Bought a new telly from John Lewis to then find they didn't install the damned things out in Shropshire. Panic - telly too big for the old unit, no idea whether the wall was brick or stud or something else, wanted the install to look good but had no idea who or how to do it; chanced across AAV over in Cannock, my initial e-mail was responded to within an hour, Lee was reassuring and knowledgeable - absolutely faultless. The team knew what they were doing, came quickly, did a wonderful job - no mess at all, they had all the kit, just really nice to deal with a company that know exactly what they are doing. Happily and wholly recommended.

Lee and the lads have upgraded our home system beyond our imagination. The entertainment system was originally installed in '09 when our house was newly built, and over the years we never got the best out of our internet with the WiFi being unusable at times. The guys at AAV have allowed us to reach our maximum WiFi strength along with installing a completely new AV system utilizing our Sky package in over 10 different rooms as well as upgrading our CCTV and our in home sound system through SONOS. They also upgraded my sons room so that he could actually have a fully functional gaming set up, his room used to get no WiFi whatsoever, and the guys have installed a main WiFi point in his room so he can see the best speeds. I could not recommend these guys enough. Managing to get all this done in just over a week and a few odd days here and there to touch up on things was amazing!

Great service from Lee and the team. They have given us super fast internet through out our house by installing Starlink, and a reliable mobile signal, something we have never had before ! Would one hundred percent recommend them !

Always excellent service. Very prompt and efficient. Thank you

Had a great experience with AAV!

Had Lee visit to give us a quotation for the work requested & a pair of guys out the next week to install the Ethernet runs - professional work & engineers that care to leave minimal damage while knowing their stuff too

Would happily recommend to friends/family!

Lee and his team have delivered great service and quality for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and always go the extra mile for the customer. I would highly recommend. This visit was Adam and Archie. Thanks again guys. Jim

Have always used AVV for all my TV installation needs. Excellent service. Always prompt, professional, reliable. Great friendly knowledgeable guys. Always a job well done at a high standard . Also excellent customer service whenever you contact AVV. Thank you guys for all your support in the past with my TV and media needs.

Lee and the team were brilliant from the start! Great ideas about the best solution and future proofing the project, very reasonable price and when the team hit site they did a beautiful job. I will be singing their praises and would definitely recommend them in future

Easy to deal with. Honest Reliable Reasonably priced

The guys were very responsive on email to my initial query, and they were able to come round the same day to provide a very competitive quote. I was really impressed with the care they took in my house and how they explained to me the approach to their work.

On the day of the work they turned up at the time they said they would and got straight to work. The job was done swiftly and again they took good care inside and outside of my house and my neighbours house where they needed to gain some access.

All the kit was tested and commissioned in a timely fashion. The lads who carried out the work were superb and have done a excellent job for me. I certainly have no issue recommending AAV.

Great service and a sensible understanding of our needs. Used them twice and would recommend to anyone.

Superb company, very polite guys who work for them, always on other end of the phone for anything at all!

Definitely recommend!!
