Have used Addis kitchenware since 1971 and in my experience is the best on the market.

I am very happy with the sturdiness of my ADDIS cutlery trays and particularly pleased that they're made in the UK.

Very impressed with the wood effect toilet seat I purchased. Good instructions and easy to fit. Competitive price too!

Speedy delivery and perfect size ironing board cover but don’t like the pattern on the cover, would welcome more designs to choose from

We have always bought Addis products and been pleased with them in the past but on this occasion the quality of the dustpans weren't good, very poor finish so I phoned up Addis and spoke to Isabel who asked me to send her some picture, I sent the email and pictures on the 13th August 2024 and have had no response so far.

Quick and easy process and had the replacement product which I needed.
delivery was pretty fast and, and came the date stated.

Excellent product. This sweeper actually works better than my expensive vacuum on carpets!
Very easy to assemble and empty and a great price too!

both items exactly as described. Was surprised you're the still here. I was given a wedding present in 1971 of mixing bowl colander, cheese grater washing up bowl and the little blue top seal tight container and some utensils Still have 5 items. None of course recyclable!
Proves your quality

Bought a mop described as SUPERDRY SPONGE FLOOR MOP.
Shame did not look at some reviews as it's useless does not absorb water just spreads it around. To say superdry is wrong should be super wet.
In order to return have to pay postage and it comes in a huge box so it's expensive just not worth the hassle.
BLACK MARK wont be buying from them again. Might ask trading standards if they are selling something described incorrectly.

good bins, slimline design means we can have two instead of one. which makes seperating recycling a little easier. good to deal direct, swift delivery

I already had one of these excellent pan buckets and bought another one for myself and one for my son. Big capacity for larger jobs, DIY, leaves, general debris whilst also holding water!!! What more could you ask!

Bought a spare cloth for my spray mop so not used yet, but very happy with the mop.

Selection of item vey easy, very good quality especially with the heat resistant iron end, good fit and delivered as specified good communications. Will have to order another one

Bought an ironing board in 2018. Looking for a replacement cover and noticed it had 10 yr warranty. Emailed the customer services, got a reply for pictures. Received an email instantly that they would send me a replacement, 2 days later and my new ironing board came. Very happy about this. Great experience and would recommend. Thank you

I ordered about 6 items and when delivered the box was all split and open so a couple of items were damaged. Replacement was sent out but was completely the wrong item and not what I ordered. I am now still waiting for the correct item to be sent.

The item was well priced and arrived promptly. The last one of these that I purchased (sink drainer), lasted for 7 years!!

I was happy with the prompt delivery of my order. I can now wash my floors.

Addis is a brilliant brand of tupperware items in my eyes. They are strong and last a VERY long time. Thanx very much 😊

Poor quality item returned for refund on July 4th. Delivered to Addis Housewares 8th July.
Phoned numerous times since. Left messages. No response or returned calls as of 17th July. Still waiting for my refund!
