What made my experience so good was the financial advisor I had contact with Louise O Brien was the advisor and she took care of my medical insurance and my pension and made the whole process effortless for me. Ok so this is not going to make much sense until you get to the end…signed up, direct debit mandate sorted…email confirmation of completion…then over €2,500 taken from my account the Thursday of a bank holiday…account wiped! Customer service automated message…rang helpline, will be sorted in 5-7 days!! Heart attack! Fortunately I thought to go back and check the link person who signed me up…Ian. Emailed Ian who could not do enough. His enquires got to the root of the issue. He insisted that I get reimbursed immediately…back in account 30 mins later! Then 2 days later reimbursed again…again, Ian to the rescue! So Irish life in general 0/10, Ian 10/10….pleasure to deal with!

We dealt with Shane Noonan & Ian in Actual Insurances. During the very stressful process of remortgaging they were so helpful in securing last minute changes to our protection policy and really made everything easier, as well as getting a great deal - would highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Actual Insurances enough especially Adam who we could not have got life insurance without!! Adam is on hand anytime you need to go through anything & explains things so clearly and makes it easy to understand.
And to top it all off Adam is a genuinely nice guy & so friendly and easy to talk to yet very professional.
