Has anyone else noticed that ACR stalls your game that you're playing leaving you thinking that that game is still running when actually it's paused the game some how , then I will close the game to re-seat and it's took a load of chips off me. then there's the suspicious run outs and that's maybe why ACR does not do a bad beat jackpot because if they did, you'd be loaded and your account would be very healthy, their cash tables are 100% scammed up too with probably cheating colluders on their mobiles, some of the shit I have witnessed on this site is just beyond belief and I'd need another life time explaining. no matter how well you play on here , the system will find a way every time to screw you up and take your money. You see that much bad play and suspicious players on here you start to think to yourself, well if I play bad maybe I can win, but no, the system will always screw me good and proper either way, it's like ACR can play stupid shit on your account and it's also like other players can see your cards. I've never known anything like it, and the date of this experience goes back a few years. I'm seriously thinking that this site is 1 massive corruption ring and I'm definitely sticking to freerolls from now and try to build my stack from those instead of wasting my money on this so-called poker site, that way, if I do lose in paid tourneys or on the cash tables, it won't be my money I'm wasting, its unplayable most times with how many idiots are just dumping their whole stack in with garbage and come out smelling of roses, and im sure acr have a deal with russian and brazilian players, they always seem to get lucky 99% of the time and always hitting their 1/2 outers

Been with ACR for about 3 years what a fool I am .
This place is horrible doesn't matter how you play. I notice all kinds or scams during play . After awhile I just play tournament I chip up as much as I can and just sit out its so sickening you can be the chip leader then when reg is over you'll lose 3/4 of your stack in 1 hand to some stupid bs I just sit out and min cash cause this place is total garbage.

Garbage site. all their skins are the same. Low stakes players play algorithm spots with bad hands all in preflop against AA making the only option to figure out the algorithm your self. Did you know ACR once banned a player from the venom because their chip stack was 10 times that of all the other players. This player definitely knew the algorithm. ACR later stated they where using a program to help their odds. Line of BS is what that is. I once figured it to about 85% which gave me an advantage until I told someone I thought I trusted and they told ACR. Good thing for me I was able to record most my sessions to teach other players an advantage and even get a percentage off what some players I gave the footage to on their monthly profits. After that I didn't get anymore winning spots. Nothing but bad hands and only only ever getting the 2nd best hand on the table. Goes to show they can manipulate your account if they want to. Same with slots try upping your bet a lot after winning decent you will notice your higher bet only gets paid out your exact bet amount on the bonuses. This happens if you are winning regularly. That's some of the problems of an unlicensed poker and casino room. Hope this helps and if you had my algorithm system you would consistently make the money without trying. It's impossible to play sometimes, hands with less than a 10% chance of winning in an all-in become miraculous hands on the river, and it happens constantly, the software is completely unrealistic.

This platform is clearly designed to force nonstop action, not fair play. Every time you make a big bet or go all-in, the same thing happens: opponents instantly call with garbage hands that no rational player would ever continue with—and somehow they consistently get rewarded. This isn’t variance; it’s a pattern.
There is effectively no way to make money here. No matter how well you play, you slowly get bled back to zero. If you go on a losing streak and try to adjust by playing more aggressively, the system punishes you even harder. The outcomes don’t reflect real probability or decision-making at all.
The so-called RNG feels fake. Hands play out in a scripted way: you’re allowed to win just enough to keep you engaged, then the platform flips the switch and dumps impossible runouts on you until everything is gone. It feels less like poker and more like a controlled simulation designed to extract money, not reward skill.

RIGGED ...been playing on here for a couple years finally done with them they have employees playing on here or there's lots of cheating going on ... Im always in a multiple thousand dollar losing streak only to win a couple hundred cash out then right back into thousands of dollar losing streak again!!! now i've sat and watched and played against DI11ER, TSOUREK10, MOO and ANT1KILLER they barely lose on this site no matter what they play they are always in the top 5 of the weekly leaderboards there top 5 every week the position may change from 1 through 5 but there top 5 every week so i asked acr how can they be top 5 every week without losing streaks as im always in one ive sent them hunreds of pics were i got the best hand against them and always losing and when there ahead they never lose? this is rigged stay away from this crooked site if you value your money

A TOTAL SCAM, BOTS and full of their own scam players. I have had an issue with them and they insisted that "the mechanics' are all correct when confrontd with an INSANE and UNBELIEVABLE incident while playin in a tournament.

This is NOT real poker. The play at every limit no matter how low is overrun with bots and collusion, so you can't possibly win. Also the cards are not random no matter what they tell you. The algorithm is set to maximize their rake.

Poker pro for 19 years here. The amount of cheating on this site is out of control, and I believe the owners are complicit. They have clearly allowed bot farms to be put into the games to increase traffic. They also take YEARS to ban anyone who is cheating, and then they just show up on multiple other accounts anyway. I was 3rd in a tournament where 1st and 2nd place were the same player (Ali Imsirovic), they gave me my first ever refund by bumping me up to 2nd place money but then pocketed 1st place money for themselves. Phil Nagy and his mates such as Scott Ball are as crooked as they come, thieving scumbags; just ask all of the influencers that they didn't pay for promoting their site. Ball got coked up and gambled away everyone's pay cheque.

Email inbox is full and not accepting new emails. Live support is not working. They take 10% on every deposit.

In the end I think , after playing for months, I'm still in the negative on profit. A huge issue they have is. The mobile app. I literally have lost simply because of this fact. It happens constantly. On acr poker mobile. They will constantly disconnect the game and you have to relogin. Meaning the screen just goes black and you have to relogin. Only to see your hands folded by the time you log on. Well this happens literally on your winning hands, as well another glitch I have had occur is the issue of auto folding my hands. Like AA or 22 when i would have connected a 2 and won against other hands. Then these auto folds happen. then a short time later you try play a good hand given to only be a trap hand, a hand that's a loser like AK or QQ etc.lastly, the last glitch to elaborate on is another issue causing me to fold mid hand when you don't want to , and this happens the most!!!!! If your in the middle of a hand, and have the winner hand you know it for sure,or even if your in a hand it's a loser. Randomly it happens.... when in a hand and if you click from chips to big blinds( like to see how many big blinds you have insead of chip count) it will cause you to HAVE TO fold.the button to call pops up but it will state a different stack size then what your opponent bets, (persay 15.3bb to call is the bet to call ,but it will say 13bb on the button to click to call) then when you click on it , it folds your hand. This right here is the biggest glitch that has caused harm. I Havent read a single negative review that has this happen to others. I will Run hours only to have these things happen. Or better yet with in the first hour. Then i end up re buying in like the issue wont happen again. And then I seem to tilt and lose my money because I do absolutely good up until i lose to glitches,maybe this doesn't happen on PC. But for anyone on Mobile I don't recommend it. And these glitches doesn't happen everyday but it does. As well I go through a bunch of games with this happening all of the glitches and losing because of it ,and I think these would be my good variance games, then start hitting bad variance and it have games it doesn't happen (the glitches) but it's total card dead games, and all the hands that would win are like 53 off in utg plus one. Then AA in the BB is a loser. Just feels rigged. Quite literally another big issue, constantly crap hands are good and premium hands are losers. But the deposits and withdrawals work fine once verified. I think the guarantees are awesome and I like the game. Tons of choices from mico to high roller.BUT I lost a ton of games to glitches and have been unheard. I hope uses at acr fix this. I have been playing on here since the end of last year till now, and uses do a million Verizon updates on the app. But none of this is ever fixed. Overall.......

I find myself laughing hysterically when come across these complete frauds that claim "fastest deposits" on the landing page of their site. Then I usually to an attempt to determine, if possible, about how many active players they have at any given time. Finally I make my way to the contact us part of the site and set out to do just that. I want to ask the question directly to a human to see what the answer is. "How long does it take you to get my money to me?"

Some of the really garbage sites just like this one here, ACR Poker, don't have a live chat feature which is a big first strike. Swing and a miss!

Since that is exactly the case here at scam of a gambling site. We head over to the FAQ section to try to determine a reason why. That is where we find out just what these scumbags mean by "the fastest payouts"and... 15 DAYS! Of course the crypto transaction can be done in under an hour in permitting circumstances. However they're not going to permit the transaction until they've scrutinized your withdrawal for 15 DAYS! Looking for any reason under the sun to steal your money because make no mistake that is exactly what they intend to do.

That's all I need to know. You clowns may as well have never paid out a single withdrawal in you pathetic existence because I'd never send you a red cent. You are scammers. You are thieves and you probably have about a thousand bots playing against fifteen idiots who believe they have a shot at getting their deposits back from and sadly they are fools who've been duped by internet scam number one! You people should be in prison and so should your mothers. Period. You'll get an endless barrage of top pairs with two hearts on the flop then another heart on the turn then yep you guessed it another heart on the river that beats out your top two pair, or trips, or straight. I play poker for 20 years and went through Black Friday. This is the absolute worst site I have ever played on, they cheat so bad when somebody has 5% to beat you it will happen 70% of the time. No matter how good you play they want to keep the good players out of there.
