You can deposit all you want but no withdrawal will happen. First you need to wait 3 months for verification there is no live support and, then bonus money is mixed so with bonus money no withdrawal then wait 3 months so they remove bonus,they can give any cards to home bots , deposit and lose

For everyone making bad reviews I’m not sure you understand it properly. I had deposited and lost but then played with bonus credits and won. Asked them to cancel bonus and was able to withdraw winning no issues in USDT. Make sure your account is verified and although took about 3 days for withdrawal it went through without a problem. Will definitely play in future, has a decent amount of player traffic and some decent tournaments and cash game pool.

Sooo, I've just requested to have my account closed and deleted on Jackpoker - they wanted my reason for wanting to leave - So here was my response;

"Other than the swift responses from yourselves, with regards to my requests, the rest of my experience of the site has been pretty garbage, particularly the bonus money system and the tournament tickets I have received. Not that I need to give you my reasons and the closure is forever i.e. permanent, but in case your bosses are bothered, here's why I no longer want to play on your site (and I'm even ignoring all the reports on various, well regarded poker forums, regarding collusion in cash games because I only really play tournaments)

In short, (and I've had this conversation with your staff many times) the bonus money is 99% useless and could only ever be of any use, in one specific scenario : and it's this :

To use any bonus money, you first have to ensure you have no real money in your account (because your software will always take the real money first) and have some bonus money, let's say $50 - with that bonus money, you could then sit down at a cash table and play a cash session and win, let's say you win $50 however, as you know, in order to withdraw any winnings, I would have to request that the bonus money is removed from my account, because, as you know, you cannot withdraw any funds, while you have any bonus funds in your account. So your bonus system relies on you taking back what you have given out i.e. the bonus money. It's laughable and not customer focused.

I was given some tournament tickets recently, which were equally useless. On every other site, when you get a $20 tournament (or whatever value), you can use it to play any $20 tournament they also PAYS OUT IN CASH. The bonus tickets I got, were just to play MORE bonus money tournaments, and for the reasons stated above, that is as much use to me as a chocolate tea pot.

So yeah - that. But well done to you guys for al east having a speedy response to my queries and requests. So I will be reporting this as a 'good aspect' of the site'. Unfortunately, for the reasons stated above, your site does not compete with any other site, although you are better than Virgin poker which really is garbage lol. But look to any other site, PokerStars, GG Poker, the vast network iPoker which covers all sites like, Bet365, Betfair, William Hill, Betfred, Paddy Power etc. etc. even Boyle Sports Poker based in Ireland is way better and I could go on - basically every credible site is better than JackPoker"
