I bought my new car today from Acorn Warrington with the exceptional help by the salesman (Dan J.) From the first email regarding the car availability, Dan was helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Within one week the car was sold and on my driveway!
My mum had bought a car via Dan earlier this year and so I knew when the time was right for me to purchase my car, I would do it through Acorn Warrington, and preferably through Dan.

The staff were very efficient.
The staff were very efficient and my appointment went very well indeed, it cannot be easy operating in the midst of building and expansion work but when Kia outlet is fully operational, it will indeed have the makings of a very good dealership, only problem is I still do not like EV's, guess I must be too set in my ways.

The experience was fantastic there…best customer service yet.
The experience was fantastic there operative collected the car from my house. I had to alter the collection time at the last minute because of a revised doctors appointment and needed the car for that it was back for my appointment. All of my dealings with the company have been very positive and I look forward to my future visit.

Good service
The service provided was good. Though the site is presently undergoing major expansion of facilities, and has been for over a year, and is a bit of a building site (it will be great when it's finished), the staff were still able to carry our their functions. Not cheap, but then car servicing isn't cheap nowadays. The Acorn staff do make an effort to keep the customer informed, which is good.

Service/ MOT Contract set up.
Brooke set up the service and MOT contract for my Kia in their temporary office. This was in use whilst major building work was being carried out on the site. She did this effectively and efficiently. This was done to my satisfaction and I was pleased that they were able to offer the service contract even though the vehicle was purchased from Kia Grantham.

I changed my car, my fifth KIA first at Acorn Warrington. Alan could not be more helpful he said he'd have the car by a certain date and he did. Explained all the all documents and online formalities.

From start to finish the staff were extremely helpful and informative. Constant communication and updates were very much welcome and the whole process was made as easy as possible. No pushy sales, no overbearing meercat pop ups from behind vehicles, an all round great experience. Would definitely recommend a visit.
