Josh was very helpful, and knowledgeable, not pushy. No sales pressure. We had a very relaxed experience of purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend the Crewe Kia garage.

Car check over …
Booked car in for a check over ...originally I was to drop off car and return later that day . This involved 2 bus trips .
I spoke to service receptionist and service manager and they agreed to take car into workshop if I was prepared to wait , which would save me messing about with the bus service .
Just over an hour and a coffee in the waiting area the car was returned with a clean bill of health and an invoice to prove the check over . Along with a washed cleaned car. Bonus !!!
All carried out with a pleasant friendly manner and a smile

Outstanding service
On the back of the recent recall for airbag replacement for many DS3 and C3 vehicles, we took my daughter's DS3 to have the airbags changed. The service in terms of communication and turnaround was simply outstanding. With an expected completion of up to 2 week due to such high volumes, it was complete within 36 hours. Quite incredible. 2 calls to check everything was alright plus an interior and exterior clean. This is the sort of service that makes you want to go back. Outstanding.

Great experience

They had scratched our new car
They had scratched our new car. It was taken in for warranty check as to why the coolant was slightly low, to find out if there was a leak. Informed me that the whole door panel had to be sprayed so they are not doing it. The service woman told us that she will order touch up paint and that we had to touch this up ourselves. The red touch up paint never arrived. Said they could do nothing as the service manager was off. When we asked Holly, she suggested that we might have done this ourselves which is wholly untrue. Never take it to them again. The person who did it whilst in Acorn garage would know in his heart of hearts that he had done it and we do not know how he can sleep at night. Shocking. The scratches were too deep for a simple touch up.
